All will be forgiven as long as they are using the time to enhance the movie and improve the effects. If it is just staying in the can and on the shelf for the extra 6 mos then that is just plain greedy and selfish. But I think/hope they are really going to work on the CGI effects… Maybe I can dare to hope for the scene where Harry calls Kreacher and he and Dobby arrive wrestling???

Hmmmmm, interesting idea, CJ! I guess that would make it better. . . but I wonder if they would do that. It would cost them the $$$ that they hope to gain by debuting it in the summer. If they do that, I would hope (in vain, my pessimistic side says) that it would be to stick closer to canon. . .

someone above said it was fine to them as long as they were using the time to improve the movie, but they aren’t! they already stated that the movie is completely done and it wasn’t postponed due to delays. meaning, they will not touch it for 11 months. OIWEnfpwifnfipnf. saving 10 dollars because i am buying a ticket to anouther movie and sneaking in. and not on opening night because the security will be too tight.

Annoying , but I’ll get over it. However, I do think that WB CEO needs to just keep quiet. He just digs himself into a deeper hole with his reasoning. It is not comforting.

I know. WB can promise to throw a party at all the theatres on opening day. Give us something for the wait.

Annoying… I will get over it … maybe… eventually … it will take loooong time. For some reason I wasn’t looking forward to this movie quite as much as before, and with trailer not coming out I was half expecting for something like that.

I’m not worked up enough to join protests (sorry) but I won’t rush in the theater to watch it next summer

I am assuming (as the pessimist is surfacing) that that particular quote was really from him since he: 1) keeps talking (LOL FreeElf, too true!) and 2) never refuted it, so far as I can tell.

And FreeElf I do wonder how much the cover charge will be when WB throws us a party. . . geeez the pessimist sure is going strong tonight!!!

Though I in no way,shape or form like the delay in the movie I must admit that already having a Mega hit this year(Dark Night),and a sure one next year,(HBP) does make good business sense.

I agree with you completely, FreeElf. Horn is just going to make the angry fans angrier with statements like these…and leave the rest of us just shaking our heads. I love your party idea! :)
