I think the bad feet thing has to do with age and the type of shoes we wore when we were much younger.

Do any of those look familiar? At some point wore each of them except the last one.

The only style that had even a little support was the “earth” shoes and they stretched the achilles tendon to the point of pain. ;)

Deanie mine was the cheap tennis shoes, but for school & church I had what were supposed to be top flight shoes, they were expensive enough that they should have been anyway. I did the soft pillow thing this morning – foot hurts, but I think that is because it actually stretched the tendon & ligaments out a bit, felt good doing it.

Actually this movie is a true story based on book written by the brother of the daughter who died. (Julia Roberts Character) Like all movies, they change things but it is still basically true. No matter how many times I watch it, I still cry and laugh at the same time. Such a tear jerker.

Sirius and Deanie, here’s another plantar faciitis tip: take a 20 ounce soda bottle (they’re usually sturdier than the ones used for bottled water), fill it with water and put it in the freezer. Roll it under each foot in turns. It ices the foot and stretch/massages the arch—better than a can of veggies in my opinion.

Sirius, Those cowboys are tied 4-2 with the Redskins. We have more division wins though. I am still sore at the Skins’ last minute lost to the Rams. I had a rough time after that game.

ya, i want to go to a midnight party if there is one…

i haven’t been to one yet. I was going to go to DH release party but my ride ended up not having enough room in their car, i was so upset….so hopefully they will have one for this.

I would love for there to be a midnight party. I didn’t get to go to one for DH because I don’t have a way of getting out of town and Walmart didn’t do a midnight release.
