This Person is devoid of sense… If I was guilty of spamming Leaky… I would have been punished long ago. Lady Hawke I love all the different foods you cook. We are both from the South but we cook so different. Speaking of cooking, my cooking stove got put in today. Now if I only had my fridge here, I would be in seventh heaven. They were going to bring it today but the guys weren’t feeling too well so they put it off until Monday morning. This means another weekend of running out to the camper to get things that are in the fridge. I have hot water now too. Now I can use the shower here instead of going elsewhere to take my shower. It won’t be long before I am living here instead of just roughing it. It’s too cold to stay in the camper now. We do have a furnace but it sucks the gas to run it. Besides we have to winterize it this week end before it gets really cold.

Thanks Sirius. I very seldom think about going to someone’s profile page unless they have a new avatar that I want to see larger. I usually send owls instead of writing on their profile page. There is something about everyone seeing everything you say that I don’t particularly like. That’s why I’m glad our comments here don’t show up everywhere.

Okay, I have tried to find what this woman has been saying and I can’t find it. I can’t see in the Griffindor Common
Room. How did this get going? What did she say to begin with? The only thing I’ve managed to see is what Sirius said to her friends but not what they said back.

On the cabbage and noodles I go very simple, olive oil salt, pepper, garlic, celery seedsand a little nutmeg.

Morning all! Weather clouding over after a moderately bright start. I watched The Island last night, starring Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson and exciting sci-fi movie looking at where technology could go if not controlled. If you can stomach CSI then you can cope with this.

CoolG It looks as though your Thanksgiving this year will have a definite pioneer feel to it.

I have changed my avatar for Remembrance Day, which is tomorrow for us I installed it earlier today, then had to reinstall it just now. Leaky is very trying. Bbl.

We are painting the garage door, front porch, columns, and front door today. Forgot to buy primer. Must go after that before we can start.

No soccer game. Child had attack of coctochondritis yesterday. They had me come get her from school and I took her to the doctor so she missed practice so is not going to the game.

It looked like she was having a heart attack but not quite. After we got back from the doctor I looked it up. It says this is a virus, an inflammation of the cartilage that attaches the ribs. When the cartilage gets inflammed it can mimick a heart attack. She had stabbing pain and pressure in her chest.

The doctor says he sees probably one case a day. He laid her down and took his fingertips and worked them down her ribs. The cartilage joints of her ninth and twelth ribs were so sore she practically came off the table and the rest were sore. There is nothing to do for it but treat the discomfort and go on with your life.

She seems over it today. She is tussling with her daddy and is bouncing off the walls.

LH, I am sorry to hear that your daughter is under the weather… What you said about the Dr’s probing really hit home. When I was being examined a while back, the Dr was pressing fingers all over my abdomen. When a certain spot was hit, I "levitated" off the examination table! lol lol… I am sending healing thoughts her way!

Thanks Won Today you wouldn’t know a thing was wrong. The doctor said it was a virus and might be with us 10 days to two weeks or just go away. Considering the level of acitivity I’m seeing today it has gone away.

She is "sick" so much I sometimes think she has convenient illnesses. The nurse told me she doesn’t think that is the case. She says my daughter just seems to be very aware of what is going on in her body. She said she is too descriptive in her complaints for her to be showing up with nonspecific malingering illnesses. She has worked for this doctor for over 20 years and she thinks when she days she doesn’t fell good it is real.

I must say I was rather frightened when she was doubled over clenching her hands to her chest, saying she couldn’t breathe, and saying she felt stabbing pains and pressure. I was relieved when the doctor put his finger tip on her ribs and she arched in the air.

I think we are ready to go after the primer.

Thanks LH, I just got a great ‘shot in the arm’… The mechanic doing the annual inspection on the Riley just called… SHE PASSES!!! with NO NEEDED REPAIRS OR WORK!!! WHOOOO_HOOOO I don’t need to spend another chunk of my retirement savings on repair bills! LOL LOL… I am SO going flying this afternoon!

Since we ended up at the doctor we ended up eating out. So, I have the pork necks and noodles and cabbage saved in the fridge. At least I don’t have to come in covered in paint and cook.
