My only chance of going to this within the next 20 years is that contest to go to the opening anyway. Unless my class wins that, I’ll have to wait through college, then get a job, then save up enough money for a trip to Florida. So basically, I’m praying for a miracle. ;)

Evening all!

Just got home from Xanadu. It was okay, but definitely wouldn’t get a top recommendation from me. First of all, it was the shortest show I have ever seen – only 90 minutes!! If it hadn’t been part of my subscription, I would have been seriously annoyed (actually, I just double-checked and the pricing is a little bit lower than most shows, so I guess it’s not so bad). The cast was great – all had very strong voices – and the show had some funny moments. But I was clearly missing something, because there were a lot of moments that had the rest of the audience in hysterics, and I just didn’t get why. I’m thinking maybe it’s because I haven’t seen the movie? Anyway, overall, it wasn’t a horrible way to spend an hour and a half, but I wouldn’t bother to see it again. (I may watch the movie at some point, though, just to compare.)

Okay, back to work I go. I have my first large assignment due on Tuesday, and I’m trying to get my portion done in time to meet with my partner this weekend so all we have to do then is clean up the formatting and standardize our sections to make everything flow as one document.

Man it has been so long I feel like a random.

I don’t really care at all about the topic of this poll, it’s a bit boring.. I won’t be able to go this year anyway. I think I put the latest one(yeah I already forgot what it was).
