Well here I am again!

OK, I am in a seriously good mood so I feel that it is about time to do a blog on a delightfully, psychopathic woman; you know who I’m talking about¦ the amazing, the sadistic, Bellatrix Lestrange!

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think Bellatrix’s ideals and mannerisms are the most reasonable or kind (at ALL). But I do believe that she is an extremely interesting character, or should I say WAS an extremely interesting character, thanks to good, old Mollywobbles!

I honestly believe that there is no such thing as a truly evil person. I think that a large part of her sadistic, psychotic attitude stems from her absolute obsessive love of Voldemort. He’s not exactly the healthiest of characters to fall head over heels for! Could she have honestly been very different if she wasn’t in love with old Snakeface?

There aren’t many people who I can compare her with in literature. Her ambition is somewhat like Lady Macbeth’s I suppose, but at the same point, she goes further than Lady Macbeth because she feels no guilt and no remorse. Another interesting comparison could be the Joker, although she’s maybe a little less psychotic than him as she seems to have some form of an aim!

As I have said in a previous blog, one thing I believe for certain is that I am certain she is one of the few who become a Death Eater out of her own, true, free will and ambition.

So on to some other questions;

Do you think she felt any remorse at Sirius’s death?

Was the fact that she laughed before her death of significance, or just a coincidence?

Did most of her resentment for Tonks stem from Voldemort’s tease at the start of DH, or somewhere else?

And, if she could perform a Patronus (she can’t) what would it be?

After this rather short blog,

Please feel free to post your questions,

P.S. I am finally getting over my film moving annoyance¦ well not completely, but I’ll live! 😀
