biggest film in the series worldwide after adding $7.7m from 5,000

was a clear number one and scored the biggest launch of the year.

France, $31.7m in Australia, $27m in Italy, $24.1m in China, $21.4m in
Mexico, $19.6m in Spain, $18.6m in Brazil, and $18.4m in Russia."
HBP is doing so well in the box office. Although there were some differences from the book, I liked this better than the two previous HP movies. By all the records that HBP has broken it would seem it has been a popular movie with the fans yay
It is wonderful that the movie is achieving such great financial success and that Warner Brothers has benefited so from investing in such a fantastic film! I do hope that the film goes over the one billion mark, but that seems unlikely.
Prince has not broken any box office records. It is doing well, especially for a 5th sequel, but not spectacularly well. It will end up with the 5th most tickets sold in the US (all the films but Prisoner would have made $300 million at 2009 ticket prices). Prince basically is selling about 95% of the tickets that Order sold in Europe, too: again, really good for a sequel, but hardly record breaking.
I have only seen it once, but will see it again as soon as I can. I enjoyed the movie, even though the ending seemed a bit flat. I’d like to view it again to see what i missed the first time around.
I went for my third time last Friday. There were only 10 people in the theater including me and my friend. They are down to three showings a day. I think it will be out of my local theater her in the Tampa Bay (FL) area in 2-3 weeks Some of the smaller theaters (14 screens or less) have already pulled it :(
Argh! so much money, i cant even comprehend that amount of money. On all three occasions that i went the cinema was packed full, probably the fullest ive ever seen it.
