30 June Edition of The Quibbler Now Online

The 30th June issue of The Quibbler, Leaky's monthly publication for "all the news you won't find anywhere else", is now available for download. This month's issue marks the 3rd anniversary of Leaky's online edition of The Quibbler, before you rush out into the Great Outdoors for camping this summer, be sure to read Professor Longbottom's common sense warnings about dealing with trees.

It is not an html web page but a document printed and sent out by owls to wizards. The Ministry of Magic allows a special intergerment edition to be made available to the families of Muggle-borns and squibs who wish to keep up with events in the wizarding world.
Because this intermernet edition doesn’t use moving images, Muggles who accidently log-in and download are under the impression that it is just a pretend document; otherwise, it might threaten to violate the International Secrecy Statutes. Until the Wisengamot rules differently, this PDF version is all that will be available.
The Wizengamot is rather old fashioned, I am afraid. But if you want web pages rather than PDF, you will have to petition the Wizengamot and the Ministry of Magic of a change in law.
