Today’s Daily Telegraph reports that Claire Field has won her legal row with Warner Bros. over the domain name harrypotterguide.co.uk.

Harry Potter fan’s victory

A 15-YEAR-OLD Harry Potter fan from York has won a legal battle with Warner Bros, which had ordered her to hand over the domain name to her tribute website.

Warner, which is bringing J K Rowling’s books to the cinema, dropped its claim provided Claire Field does not cash in on harrypotterguide.co.uk.
