The Harry Potter lookalike lover of millionaire author J.K. Rowling is to divorce his first wife – paving the way for him to marry his new love. Anaesthetist Neil Murray, 30, applied for a “quickie” divorce which has not been contested by his former university sweetheart Dr Fiona Duncan. Boyish Neil, who bares an uncanny resemblance to Harry Potter, requested the divorce on May 3.

A source said: “Neil’s divorce will be granted by Edinburgh’s Court of Session next week.” Murray won the heart of Rowling, 34, as well as the affection of her seven-year-old daughter Jessica. But the couple, who live separately in Edinburgh, say they will not marry next month on their dream holiday in the Galapagos Islands. A source said: “They’re very happy.”
