Silencio! Alan Rickman Refuses to Talk Snape

UK newspaper The Express has a new quote today from actor Alan Rickman regarding his role as the nefarious Potionsmaster Severus Snape in the Harry Potter films. When asked if he thought that his character “will turn out ultimately to be a good or bad guy,” Mr. Rickman responded:

“I never talk about Severus or Harry Potter, ” says Rickman, “but I will only say the filming is going very well indeed.”

Alan Rickman is currently filming scenes as Professor Snape for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which is due to be released next year on July 13, 2007.
