There’s a new WOMBAT on JKRowling.com, attainable by going to the famous “Do Not Disturb” door. If you want to know how to get in without having to figure it out on your own, visit the very end of this news post.
Jo has also updated her site (so if you’d rather read it over there, go now)!

In her news section is an update on the eBay forgeries (which is to say, there’s been no update on the eBay forgeries – they go on unchecked, ahem); her diary page notes the origin of the word Horcrux and its early and resultant Google search results; she addresses Banned Books Week in the news, and in her rumors section knocks down the idea that Snape was under the invisibility cloak at Godric’s Hollow, that the seventh book would be called “Harry Potter and the Graveyard of Memories and that Stubby Boardman is Regulus Black (“nice idea, though”).

Also, congrats to our friends at Potterish.com, who took the newest Fan Site Award! (Please note, this took awhile to post because most of us were away from the computer most of today, when it was added to JKR.com.)

First, click the door open. Then light the candle on the desk by clicking it. Then click the quill on the desk; it will move into the inkwell. Then click the WOMBAT test paper, which will rustle and close. Then click the four-leaf clover sitting on Jo’s desk. It will turn into a key. Click and drag the key to the desk drawer (the top part of the key image as you drag it will be the part that must hit the desk). The WOMBAT part 2 will appear – click the Time Turner on the desk (it looks like a round wooden disk but will flip when you click it) to start. Good Luck!
