New Pottermore Gift Discusses Rowling’s Thoughts on Vampires, Rowling Reveals That There Are Jewish Potter Characters Via Twitter

The latest Pottermore gift discusses vampires within the world of Harry Potter and finally puts to bed the old fan theory that Snape is a vampire. Previous Pottermore gifts have included new potions to make, as well as a Potions leaderboard in the Great Hall, and a new Potion badge.

J. K. Rowling also gave us some more info about the Harry Potter universe over Twitter yesterday, revealing that one of Harry’s classmates, Anthony Goldstein, is Jewish. Rowling went on to say that all faiths – barring Wiccans – are represented at Hogwarts.
