Black puff fabric paint
Instructions
With a pencil, draw a large Chudley Cannon's Crest on your shirt. (An image of this is available on The Harry Potter Lexicon.)
Fill in the pencil with puff fabric paint and let dry completely.
Turn the shirt to the back.
In pencil, write "Lets all just cross our fingers and hope for" in a complete circle.
In pencil, write "The Best" in the middle of the circle.
Fill in the pencil with puff fabric paint.
Follow the manufacturer's recommended drying time and instructions, then wear and enjoy your Chudley Cannons Fan Shirt!
