I’ve done a little more reading about the Harrow School’s Fourth Form Room and found this snippet:

The best preserved 17C schoolroom in the country. Wainscot panelling, benches, tables and chairs for Masters and Monitors. Original fireplace replaced in 1730 and oriel window inserted in 1820. The walls are carved with the names of every Harrow pupil attending the school until 1847 when name-boards were installed above the panelling.1615.

Sat/Sun 1pm-5pm. Max 20 at one time.

The location of the Fourth Form Room is at the Harrow School’s Old Schools on Church Hill in Harrow-on-the-Hill. As the above information suggests, they have an open house. So if you want to see Professor Flitwick’s Charms Class, you now know where to go. This whole Harrow School indentification has confirmed reports from almost a year ago that Harrow would be used for Hogwarts.
