We have received the following note from Decipher Inc. after signing up for the Harry Potter Fan Club:

Dear Harry Potter Fan —

Thank you for signing up a couple of weeks ago for the Official Harry Potter Fan Club. Unfortunately, this Club is not yet operational. Decipher has submitted a proposal to Warner Bros. and JK Rowling for their consideration. However, we are waiting on their approval to begin implementing the club. We hope to have that approval and the Club up and running shortly.

We have erased your credit card information and other personal information from our database. We will notify you again when you can sign up. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any questions.
