Several readers emailed us, that they believe Emma Chambers might be up for the part of Professor Trelawney in “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.” Apparently she was doing a sort of interview in a London book shop, where she told the audience that “she had been approached about playing a humouros role in a popular series based on a book that is yet to come out. She said that it was a Warner Brothers film and that she would most likely start in 2003 by the way things are going, and that it was a third installment.”

This is a good example of how rumors are developing… To our information, Emma Chambers never used the words “Trelawney” or even “Harry Potter” – this is not even a rumor, just a tiny bit more than pure speculation… but we like the idea of Emma Chambers (Notting Hill, The Vicar of Dibley) portraying Sibyl Trelawney too!
