Bloomsbury has updated their webpage yet again. In late May, the Harry Potter FAQ General Queries page read:

When will the fifth book be published?
 JK Rowling is happily writing Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and we anticipate that we will be publishing later this year.

The page now reads:

JK Rowling is happily writing the fifth Harry Potter book and we will announce a publication date once we have received the finished manuscript. As soon as we have any more news about the publication date we will update this area.
