Some Changes and News…

First of all, this blog is going to undergo some
changes. I’ve found myself losing interest in Twilight since Breaking
Dawn came out- I haven’t even seen the movie yet! This blog will become
more focused on writing, literature, and different book genres. I will
find a way to keep it harry potter themed, do not worry! I’ll be
posting reviews and analyzing different books, especially in the Urban
Fantasy genre (my favorite kind to read!), because that’s really what
Harry Potter is: an Urban Fantasy. Magic in the modern world. Or
something like that. Most urban fantasy these days has to do with
supernatural characters like vampires and werewolves but trust me there
are plenty of good reads! I get asked a lot by many different people
for book recommendations because I read so much. I’ve started a list
that I’ve shared with my friends on facebook and every now and then
I’ll pick an author/book from that list and share it with you guys!!! I love love love to review books and I figured I might as well share it with you guys too instead of just my friends.

So
I’m quitting NaNoWriMo. Not enough time, not enough sleep. I’ve found
it hard to stay up until three a.m. writing for NaNoWriMo, so I made
the decision to focus on school instead. I’m disappointed but not as
much as I would be if I hadn’t completed NaNoWriMo last year. And i
always have next year!

later with some more news! You probably won’t hear from me until the
weekend so Happy Thanksgiving if you are in the US, and a very happy
start to the holiday season for everyone else!
