Part of “Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows” Set Under Construction at Pinewood Studios

As filming has now begun on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, we have word today regarding construction for additional sets for the film underway in London. TLC reader John was on a tour of Pinewood Studios, and was shown a set under construction that is to be used for HP7. As seen here in our galleries, readers should note this set is a row of houses set in a thick grove of trees, and there is a pond nearby as well. We do not know what scene this is for (whether Spinner’s End, The Forest Scene, Godric’s Hollow etc) as no details were provided on the tour. Readers will recall of course, the bulk of the Harry Potter films are recorded over at Leavesden Studios, and as you can see by this schedule, this was a set hired special for the making of Harry Potter Seven.
