Making quite the entrance, as ever, first looks at Jim Kay’s illustrations of the arrival of Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and Durmstrang Institute were tweeted this week by Pottermore and Harry Potter Film. Set to appear in the illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, hitting shelves Oct. 8, the eagerly-awaited book is available for pre-order via Bloomsbury’s official website or Scholastic for all US-based orders.

Exclusive for residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, Bloomsbury is also taking pre-orders for a Deluxe Illustrated Edition of Goblet of Fire which will feature “real cloth cover and slipcase, intricate foiled line art decorating both case and slipcase; an opulent large format; gilt edges, illustrated endpapers, head and tail bands, two ribbon markers; and full-colour illustration throughout.”

But wait, there’s more! You need to carry your Deluxe Illustrated Edition in style, right? Each pre-order will come complete with an exclusive Goblet of Fire shopper bag that will make even Fleur Delacour turn her head. Pre-orders for UK and ROI residents can be placed through Bloomsbury’s site here, and residents of Australia and New Zealand can place their orders here.

With all this anticipation, we’re ready to jump into the Triwizard Tournament just to get our hands on a copy! Or at least we can try to distract ourselves with Leaky’s previous reports on the upcoming Jim Kay illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Emily Gravett illustrated edition of Quidditch Through the Ages.

And if that’s not enough, perhaps a little retail therapy is in order – check out the illustrated editions of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (BloomsburyScholastic), also available in paperback, and The Tales of Beedle the Bard (BloomsburyScholastic). Leaky previously shared Bloomsbury’s sneak peek of Chris Riddell’s interior art.

Can you tell we’re having “Back To Hogwarts” fever with all of these books?!
