Ingredients
700 g (1.5 lbs) beef
3 cans tomato sauce
Fresh ground pepper
Sweet paprika
2 cloves of garlic
1 small piece of ginger
1 onion
2 different types of vegetables
4 tsp fresh cream
2 cups wine
1 tsp lemon juice
2 glasses of water
Herbs
1/2 cup of stock
Oil
Saucepan
Large bowl
Large casserole dish

Instructions
Cut the meat into very small bits.
Cut the onion.
Mix the meat with the garlic in a large bowl.
Finely dice all vegetables.
Heat a small bit of oil in the saucepan. Add meat, stir, wait 5 minutes, then add the water and the stock.
Add the tomato sauce.
Add the cream, vegetables, and lemon juice.
Add pepper and paprika to taste, stir.
Allow to heat until boiling.
Add the herbs.
Serve hot.
