Ingredients
- Iceburg lettuce
- 16-20 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/6 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- Large salad bowl
- Whisk
- Small bowl
- Croutons
Instructions
- Tear iceburg lettuce and wash.
- Rinse tomatoes and slice in half.
- In large salad bowl, toss tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and cucumbers.
- In the small bowl, whisk the white balsamic vinegar with the bleu cheese.
- Whisk olive oil into the vinegar-bleu cheese mixture.
- Toss with salad.
- Add croutons.
