In a London Times article discussing how the shortage of microchips is hurting the toy industry, they shed some light yet another Tiger Electronics product not mentioned anywhere else. It may explain the reference in the previous post from the Today Show about a magic picture frame:

Tiger garnered most interest from the trade for the first glimpses of its range of Harry Potter “electronica”. Due out in the autumn, this includes the Harry Potter Book of Spells Dex, an organiser-cum-HP encyclopaedia, the Harry Potter Talking Portrait, featuring a chatty Fat Lady, and the Harry Potter Quidditch Broom. The latter is an LCD game built into a plastic telescopic broom – children sit on and guide the broom to play the game.

Interesting…still nothing about the Palm Talkers seen at the UK Toy Fair.

The Leaky Cauldron is not associated with J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros., or any of the individuals or companies associated with producing and publishing Harry Potter books and films.
