Donor Update!

You generous people. We’re hovering around One Thousand Donors. The letters have warmed our hearts, the stories of kids giving parents their pocket change for this effort have made us cry, the sheer generosity of this fandom is utterly staggering. Thank you – thank you thank you.

BUT. We’re not done yet. WE KNOW how many of you are out there – 1000 is not even one percent of THIS SITE’s readership, nevermind the fandom. I think you all know by now that this is beyond what’s on that card – while we would love and cannot wait to see what’s on it. This has turned into this fandom making a huge contribution to society as one, and it’s so inspiring – we have under one week to make it the biggest statement we can possibly pull together, so pull it together and tell EVERYONE. We’ve got some great press coming up, so keep your eyes peeled. The ThankYous will also be updated this evening. I’ll say it again: SPREAD THE WORD.
