Discount Offered by Amazon.de Ruled Unfair

Amazon.com Inc.'s German unit has been ordered by a local court to stop advertising that it will sell the latest Harry Potter book at a discount because it harms competition. The ruling of the Hamburg court followed a complaint by German book publisher Carlsen Verlag Gmbh, which owns the German rights to the English-language version of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
