Wyrd Sisters' Toil and Trouble for Naught: Case Against Goblet Dismissed

CTV reports that the Ontario Superior Court dismissed a notion by a Winnipeg folk group, The Wyrd Sisters, to block the release of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in Canada. The band argued that "a fictional rock band in the film would ruin their careers." They sought $40 million from WB.
