Heyman: Phoenix May Film Outside of UK

Harry Potter film producer David Heyman today confirmed earlier rumours that they may indeed film parts of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in locations outside of the U.K. According to this article, David Heyman gave an interview to Screen Daily.com where he said:

“We are exploring all options to determine the best place in the world to make the film. We are looking at the UK and other places all over the world.”

Earlier rumours had possible Phoenix film shoot locations in the Czech Republic. We will continue to follow this story and bring you more information when we can. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is due to begin filming in January, 2006.
