The two men who were attempting to sell two stolen copies of HBP were charged yesterday with firearms offenses and handling the stolen books, Reuters reports. (There is also a video report at that link. Thanks to Corey and Mike!)
The two men are from Kettering; according to police they are a 37-year-old who is charged with possession of an offensive weapon and handling a stolen book, and a 19-year-old charged with the theft of the book and possession of an imitation firearm intending to cause fear of violence.”

You can also see pictures of one of the stolen (adult version) books (no spoilers) at MuggleNet.
