"Goblet of Fire" Award Nominations from Visual Effects Society

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has been nominated by the Visual Effects Society (VES) for five awards this year. These awards are in the categories of:

  • * Outstanding Visual Effects in a Visual Effects Driven Motion Picture
  • * Outstanding Animated Character in a Live Action Motion Picture (for
    the dragon)
  • * Outstanding Created Environment in a Live Action Motion Picture (for
    the lake environment)
  • * Outstanding Composition in a Motion Picture (for Voldemort's nose)
  • * Outstanding Models and Miniatures in a Motion Picture (for
    Hogwarts School)
