Registration Opens for Phoenix Rising Potter Convention

Registration has now officially opened for Phoenix Rising, the Harry Potter symposium to be held in the city of New Orleans in 2007. The first 100 people who register will also get a special limited edition t-shirt designed by fandom artist Alice Wack. The press release notes:

Phoenix Rising, scheduled for May 17-12, 2007, is now offering a specially-priced registration. A full registration costs $115 and includes admission to all Phoenix Rising academic and exploratory
programming, admission to all evening events, two full meals (the Overture Dinner and Coda Breakfast) and a T-shirt available only toconference attendees. The registration price will go up to $140 on March 29, so potential attendees are invited to take advantage of thisearly discount.
