j-money…......Gay folks ARE cool! JKR amazes me, every time I read an article about her. She is one amazing, insightful writer!

Well! That is a bombshell. Did he ever have a great love? (not Harry, eeew).

Finally some real information. I had almost given up hope.

“Albus Dumbledore is gay and had fallen in love with fellow wizard and friend, Gellert Grindelwald. “
My head is spinning. Wow. One more reason to love gay men lol.

Yes, he can! And JKR just proved it.
Again, I say: Insightful and amazing!
JKR-—-a writer for our times!

Are we to be shocked by this news? I thought the seventh book was rather blatant in its suggestion of Grindeldore as a couple!
Now I don’t need to feel ashamed for reading and writing fan-fiction of it. It’s canon. XD

DUMBLEDORE IS GAY??? WOW…I’M NEVER GOING TO LOOK AT HIM THE SAME WAY AGAIN!! LOLOL

Yes! Rainbow pride and twinkly eyes, YAY!
I’m so happy. Because I now know why Dumbledore was a blindsided git in his youth: he was in luuurve.
This is one of those “Awwww…” moments. I’m so wearing a Dumbledore shirt to the next SF Pride. :)

WOOOHOOOO!!!!!
This is a victory for homosexuality the world over. Dumbledore is iconic, and I can’t wait for all those little children to hear about this. I am so insanely proud of Jo for doing this! YES!

Why do we have to know Dumbledores sexual orientation? I say Boo JK. Why did you need to reveal that.

JK Rowling rocks my world. I do wish there had been some subtle clues throughout the series alluding to Dumbledore’s sexuality, but I guess Jo never really found the appropriate time or place in the books to make mention of this fact.
I think this is SO great, it really explains a lot about the whole situation with Grindelwald, ‘cause to me the fact that Dumbledore putted off fighting him for so many years solely because of the fact that they had been best friends for a short while did not make sense. They were in loooove!! How wonderful!!! This adds another layer to the wonderful character that is Albus Dumbledore. Boy, I love him.

Now, I really think Ian McKellan should’ve played him.

If I ever thought Jo could not impress me any further, I was SO wrong. To have one of the coolest, most respected wizards in history and mentor of Harry Potter as gay, is the bravest move JKR has EVER made. I salute her.

YESSSS!!! SOOOO HAPPPPYYYYYY!!!! Rejoice!!!!!!!!!!!
