Over the years we at TLC have received many questions about the audio books for the Harry Potter series, especially about the availability of one for this last book. In the wake of yesterday's announcement, Random House and Listening Library have now updated their website for these audio books, and you can now pre-order the CD or audio cassette of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Also, if you have not heard the Harry Potter books as read by Jim Dale before, be sure to click this link and listen to an excerpt from the first six of the Harry Potter novels: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Both the UK edition (read by Stephen Fry) and the US edition (read by Jim Dale) of the audio book of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released on July 21, 2007. They are available for pre-order via our Cauldron Shop as well: UK here, US here.
