It’s better than I thought it would be. Umbridge’s Theme keeps bouncing around in my head. ‘Dumbledore’s Army,’ ‘Death of Sirius,’ ‘Possession,’ and ‘The Room of Requirement’ were all quite good too.

I don’t hear anything as good as POA’s ‘Window to the Past,’ but that would be hoping for too much perhaps.

I say I LOVE THIS SOUNDTRACK!! It’s a perfect mix between PoA, CoS, and SS together, with a bit of the new OotP feel. It’s brilliant! I’m definitely going to buy the soundtrack, and I can’t wait for what Nicholas Cooper will do for Half-Blood Prince!! :)

I’m impressed with Mr. Hooper’s work on the film. One thing that kind of disappointed me was the fact that I cannot find ANY of the music from the trailer in the soundtrack.

Still, I like this one better than the GoF soundtrack. I still would like Williams to do HBP (he is the only one who can do the phoenix song justice towards the end, imo) but now I’m confident Hooper will be able to tackle it.

the soundtrack is bloody brilliant! the music conveys so much emotion, as does this book.

I’m on Safari and it works just fine. It might be your internet connection or their server is busy.

I really like the soundtrack so far. I think the guitar on “fireworks” was a really good idea.

Awesome soundtrack! For those of you saying you hate it, please wait until you see it with the movie. I personally think this is the best out of all 5. PoA was my favorite but this one takes the cake. Hooper did an excellent job with using many different themes and instruments. His use of syncopation and dissonance is wonderful and matches well with the tonality of the book/movie. CHristina, how can you say you hate the soundtrack when you can’t even hear it? I have loved John Williams’ music for many years but Hooper score is far and beyond anything Williams could have done for this movie.

I’m in Mexico and it just won’t let me listen to it. I hate it when sites like this restrict their content for other countries.

I love this soundtrack. I haven’t really liked any but PoA and to me this is where GoF should have gone. It’s a step up from where Williams left off… although GoF is ok… to me it just wasn’t as great as it could have been.

And Jingulus I think that part of ‘The Sirius Deception’ about 53seconds in is a part of the trailer… forgot which one… but its the part of the trailer when Harry and the Gang are running through the Hall of Prophecies… I’m not sure though. I think they did use the tracks from the album but they’ve done such a good job at blending them in the trailer its hard to identify each piece.

All I know is I can’t wait till its time for us here in Hawaii to see OotP on screen… I’m SO EXCITED!!!
