Emma Watson has posted a new blog entry on her official website, where the actress gives her thoughts and reactions having now finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Emma, who portrays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, gives (spoilers) comments about the fate of her character and more in book seven.

Emma also thanks the many fans who turned up to show their support at the various premieres of theHarry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix film, in particular thanking those who stood in that horrible rainy weather at the London premiere. To read this entry (again spoiler warning for “Deathly Hallows”) click here.

Thanks Roberto!

All I get when I go to that page is the word “Undefined” three times (I’m guessing those would be links). Do you have to register? How do you see the updates?

I’ve also been wondering what each of the actors thinks of thier character in DH. I was looking forward to reading this, but it aint workin’ for me.

Beth, if you just go to EWO.com and then click the link at the bottom for “e.m.s” it should work. I don’t think you have to be logged in or anything.

Sounds like her reaction to the book was pretty much the same as mine! I’m still in awe of how great it was and I’ve read it twice now.

I have to say that Emma seems pretty happy not only to live… but to get married and “have babies” with Ron. I think that she had hopes of that for her character. And I have to agree I think that it’s great that the trio lives… I was a little nervous when Harry was walking into the forest, but now we know that they grew up, married their “true” loves (Harry/Ginny and Hermione/Ron) and had children and basicly had a peaceful happy life. I mean with what these kids have been threw for the past seven years I think that they needed that peace for the rest of their lives… How great!!

That website is brilliant, I’m so glad it was put together so professionaly, has everything covered and keeps her personal info SECURE.

I can only hope my own kids will be so conscientious—glad I have a role model for them now :)

The “plant” is amazing too, it’s Monty Python-Victorian-psychedelic-Beatlesque. :D

Cool!I can’t wait to hear Rupert’s thoughts on the book! TO be honest, I want to hear all of the stars’ (those who have read it, at least) opinions on the book. I know that Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynnch, and Natalia Tena probably have. Natalia wanted Tonks to kill Bellatrix, but JKR confirmed in the webchat that Bellatrix killed Tonks. What a bummer, lol.

I use firefox normally, and I also only had “undefined undefined undefined” in place of the blog. I tried using safari and then it worked. Perhaps others who are having trouble reading this could try the same.

LOL she’s so cute Woop Woop!! But I think that’s how all of us feel hehe. I just love that she had said in a couple interview that she wanted Hermione to grow up and use her brains and be married to Ron and have beautiful redheaded babies. And that’s exactly what happend lol

My favorite part is the following: “Ron and Hermione had babies! woop woop!”

This makes me think she’s kinda awesome now. :)

It won’t let me read the blog. Do you have to register? If so, can someone just tell me what she said? LOL

I’m glad one of them has cried. But I guess trying to keep the macho feelings alive the Dan and Rupert wouldn’t have cried. Cheers Emma!!!

It can’t be cut and pasted, but maybe you all are missing the little bar that would act as the scroll bar? Look to the right of the text, right towards the end of Emma’s left eye, and there’s a white bar there. You should be able to move that up and down. Best of luck! :)

Just a few more reason to love Emma!!!

And to Alexa…Ron gave Harry the first Sneakoscope in POA, but at the beginning of DH Harry finds it broken in his trunk. So, Hermione gives him a new one for his 17th birthday.
