Freak me how do I watch it!

@to all those complainers about Emmas acting and hair!

1. Blond hair in OOTP-who cares!? Emma looks beautiful with blond hair and if it was her choice-good one!. It doesn’t matter to me that Hermione was blond in OOTP. At least she had curles and she did a great job!

2. about her acting-I think she’s really good. She proved herself in Ballet shoes-she was brilliant there…brilliant role and preformance. As Hermione, it’s not Emmas fault that they “soften” Hermione+so little lines in OOTP!. I think the best Hermione was in POA-bosy,clever+,argues with ron,she runs the show!

but HBP is going to be great-I think we’ll finally see Hermione and Ron as characters,and Ginny!

Aw it’s sweet that she would take time out to record that on her birthday, especially when she’s working aswell. Very thoughtful of Emma :)

Happy birthday Emma, I believe you to be the greatest Hermione I could have ever thought of in my imagination. Relish these years because, and I’m sure you have been told we all have, they will slip by you in a flash. Just make sure it is a joyful time and don’t listen to whatever hatred may be directed your way. Again I wish the most happiest of birthdays and hope for many more to come.

You say you work in the film industry. but I don’ see how that’s possible. If you did, you would know that the HP actors do not choose their hair style or wardrobe.

I wish the complainers about her hair and her clothes would keep it to themselves or atleast take it out on the hair and makeup people that work on the movies and decide what Hermione’s hair is going to look like or what she’s going to wear. it’s not like there’s a detailed description of what it looks like. it’s bushy and brown in the books and it’s bushy and brown in the movies. and we’re never told what any of the trio are wearing unless it’s a special occasion like the wedding. so there you go, nothing to complain about. and i think she’s an excellent actress. i don’t know what people are expecting. it’s not like she’s Natalie Portman for goodness sake.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U MATEA AND GABRIELLE!!!!!! 1. Emma doesn’t choose what to wear and how she looks like for heanan sakes!!!!! And I think she looks perfect for hermione!! She has brown and curly hair!!! If u bashers have NOT noticed, there are makeup people, hair ppl, clothes designers…etc. EMMA HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!!!!!

2. Emma is the best actress I have ever known actually. But her best by far as hermione is POA…I guess thats coz she had a bigger role in that 1!! I DH she has a big role again and blow us out!!! And if u complain bout hoe emma acts as hermione, I think she IS PERFECTLY HERMIONE!!! When I read the books I imagine emma as hermione!!! Another thing is, I see u all bashing emma ONLY!!! What about Bonnie????? Bonnie doesn’t act really like a expect ginny to. She doesn’t act like a showoff and loud spoken like ginny is in the books. SHe acts like the OPPOSITE!! But i guess thats not her fault….

3. If Emma wasn’t hermione or someone else takes her place! I wuold not watch the HP films again even though I am a BIG HP fan!!!

You’re funny. lol. I think the girl who’s playing Bella in the new Twilight movie, Kristen Stewart, kind looks like Emma. Maybe it’s just me, but I think they kind of have similar features…and Gabrielle and Matea. I completely agree with you both.

I’ve never before ventured an opinion on Emma’s personality or her acting, because I don’t think it’s fair to do that to a child. But now that she’s 18 and legally an adult, and having just watched that birthday video, I feel free to just come right out and say what I’ve felt all along:
