As reported earlier, today is the 18th birthday of actress Emma Watson. As such, her official website is being updated with a host of birthday goodies today, including a new update that indicates a present is hidden on the plant graphic via this link. 1. Blond hair in OOTP-who cares!? Emma looks beautiful with blond hair and if it was her choice-good one!. It doesn’t matter to me that Hermione was blond in OOTP. At least she had curles and she did a great job!
2. about her acting-I think she’s really good. She proved herself in Ballet shoes-she was brilliant there…brilliant role and preformance. As Hermione, it’s not Emmas fault that they “soften” Hermione+so little lines in OOTP!. I think the best Hermione was in POA-bosy,clever+,argues with ron,she runs the show!
but HBP is going to be great-I think we’ll finally see Hermione and Ron as characters,and Ginny!

Happy birthday Emma, I believe you to be the greatest Hermione I could have ever thought of in my imagination. Relish these years because, and I’m sure you have been told we all have, they will slip by you in a flash. Just make sure it is a joyful time and don’t listen to whatever hatred may be directed your way. Again I wish the most happiest of birthdays and hope for many more to come.

You say you work in the film industry. but I don’ see how that’s possible. If you did, you would know that the HP actors do not choose their hair style or wardrobe.

I wish the complainers about her hair and her clothes would keep it to themselves or atleast take it out on the hair and makeup people that work on the movies and decide what Hermione’s hair is going to look like or what she’s going to wear. it’s not like there’s a detailed description of what it looks like. it’s bushy and brown in the books and it’s bushy and brown in the movies. and we’re never told what any of the trio are wearing unless it’s a special occasion like the wedding. so there you go, nothing to complain about. and i think she’s an excellent actress. i don’t know what people are expecting. it’s not like she’s Natalie Portman for goodness sake.
