Hold on everyone! The batch of high res photos from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as seen earlier today in the USA Today newspaper are now here. We also have two more new photos to tell you about released via MSN Mexico, one showing a new photo of Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) in full Quidditch gear,and this one of a deep in thought Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton).

What’ll I write?They’re just like a few drops of rain after a long hot days. Just FABULOUS. I like Ron however he looks.Here it’s the real expression on his face what he had to have.I couldn’t found the pic of lav lav.where is it? I’m so excited to see her. And I’m not going to see the quidditch match if it’s a comedy scene.
I can’t believe the comments of some people! What is wrong with having freckles? Oh and Radcakesfan freckles do not necessary mean sun exposure. Some people just have them. I think its a great shot of Dan and Emma but, like most things, people read way to much into it.
In fact I am happy with all the pics. But have to say, Draco is looking fantastic! And I mean that in the sense he is looking particually mean and spiteful! The big fuss over Nevile and Romilda being in potions...please, Who cares?!!! Really, all it will do is make it easier for those who havent read the books to keep up with what is going on. And surely thats a good thing?
Uhm, yeah, I personally find Emma’s freckles actually very cute. There is nothing wrong with freckles in the first place. And she doesn’t have a mustache, she just has a bit of a ‘ladie’s beard’. I know our society is obsessed with completely hairless skin, thank you Hollywood, but it’s really nothing to go ewww over. Forgetting about your daily hygiene or not washing your clothes regularly is ewww. Emma is not. Just let her be, please.
Nicely said, katz and galadriel12. My child has numerous freckles – nothing to do with sun exposure or anything. He just got them one day! I loathe how ridiculous our society has become about anyone who is outside of the so-called norm.
I thought she looked lovely, as usual. And so did Dan, as usual.
‘ear ‘ear katz, bebe, and galadriel12. I have freckles and I NEVER go outside. I personally think Emma’s are cute. And everyone has a little hair on their faces, nothing to fuss over.
Also, it really doesn’t matter that Neville and Romilda are in NEWT level potions, as the film probably won’t even touch on that subject as it doesn’t really advance the plot. Plus, it’s a good way to give them more screen time.
I know katz et al, I don’t think freckles are ugly or just due to tanning. it’s just when I see photos of lindsay lohan and others sunbathing, alarm bells go off, especially when they are as fair skinned as they are.
Going back re Romilda, I hope to see a lot of scenes between her and Harry myself- should be very funny.

I burst out laughing with the Luna pic. I really like the Draco pics..he just looks…cool.
I think they will pull off the movie well. Looking back at OOTP…Yates did a fine job of compressing a HUGE book with so much information into a manageable movie that moved along quite well. He really is the man for the part as he seems to capture emotions well.
For the lone person who metioned Cauron to direct DH..um no… sorry he isn’t doing it. Thank you for playing. Move on.
I’m sure they could have made Slughorn look more like the description in the book! He has too much hair on his head and not enough on his face. And as usual, HP’s hair isn’t nearly messy enough! In fact he looks like he needs to shave too. He’s growing up so fast _!
