New "Half-Blood Prince" Action Figures Including Young Tom Riddle, Bellatrix and More

Photos of the new action figures due as part of the release of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” are now online. Produced in the UK and Europe by Popco, new are action figures of Young Tom Riddle and Professor Severus Snape. In addition, there are new Bellatrix Lestrange, Professor Dumbledore, Luna Lovegood (including those hilarious Spectre glasses), Ginny Weasley,Quidditch Keeper Ron and Quidditch Harry, Hermione Granger, Casually dressedRon and Harry, two Death Eaters, and a re-issue of the Gryffindor Common Room. According to Heo.com, there will also be a Fenrir Greyback figure, however no image of this toy is yet available.

For now, these products have a December/early 2009 release date. We will update once they become available via our Cauldron Shop

WHAT is that thing on Bellatrix’s head?! These are surprisingly bad given the level of craftsmanship of the NECA HP figures. In fact, I think Fisher Price figures have more detail than these.

These don’t even look like the characters. Ginny, for example? The only ones that look okay are the Death Eaters – but that`s because they have masks on! & Hermione`s doll is outrageously funny. I mean, I didn’t even know that was her!

gosh, why are they such bad quality?! and looks like HBP are introducing a new hogwarts uniform for the time when Tom Riddle was at school, a blazer this time i see, and back to the old grey! on another note, i really like the quidditch ones. and the gryffindor common room set has been out for ages.
