In what is a busy weekend for the trio, we have a series of news posts on these events, starting first with Emma Watson. Update: As reported, the Hermione Granger actress is indeed at the BAFTAs tonight and you can see the first photos of her at this event via this link.
Update 2: Actor Jason Isaacs was a presenter at the ceremony tonight. Viewers here in the States can watch a delayed broadcast of the BAFTAs tonight at 8pm (ET) on BBC America.

Last night, Emma also attended a pre-BAFTA award event in London, England, with new photos of the actress available here in our galleries. Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) was also out and about at the BAFTA parties, with new photos of her available in our galleries.

Where among others James Bond has been recorded and a lot of other movies. Fun note, Jonathan Ross, the presenter of the show, remarked that most people know Isaacs as Lucius and that if there were any children in the theatre they were free to BOO. :DAvatar Imagegreatpetie83 says: No booing was heared.Avatar ImageSophie Treklemmer says: She looks amazing, as she always does =D Avatar Imagespiritbound says: Watching them now. I shall look out for her :DAvatar Imagespiritbound says: Watching them now. I shall look out for her :DAvatar Imagegreatpetie83 says: Emma Watson just presented the Bafta for Outstanding Visual Effects to The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Jonathan Ross remarked that she has been offered a place at Cambridge. Is that new news or not? Is it just me, or does she look tired? lol greatpetie83! They booed at Lucius! Poor Jason...Avatar Imagegreatpetie83 says: I said they didn't booAvatar Imagemhaeyemhaeye says: She looks really good! :)Avatar ImageSally_Zaar says: Emma Presented an award, an did it with more articulation and confidence than many of the seasoned stars there. Mad-Eye was also in the audience and nominated for his role in 'In Bruges'.Avatar Imagenimbus xl says: Jason Issacs and Emma Watson gave out awards, Brendan Gleeson (Mad Eye Moody) accepted an award on behalf of Martin McDonagh for 'In Bruges'.Avatar ImageFonty says: Brendan Gleeson didn´t win, but accepted an award on behalf of the screenwriter Martin McDonagh (also the director) for "In Bruges" (which was a great little film). Emma Watson presented very nicely and she may have been offered a place at Cambridge, but she also applied to other universities and has not made a final decision public (yet). And here is what you have to do to be kissed by Emma Watson: make a movie, be nominated for a Bafta, and win in a category that Emma is presenting. It´s easy. ;) (Or if you happen to be an actor named Rupert Grint and star in a movie called The Deathly Hallows - there´s another way. :-) Avatar Imagescarletti1 says: Man! I'm continually impressed with Emma's fashion style. She's always chosen unique pieces; I may not agree with all of them, but there's no denying that she has great fashion senses. I love the BAFTA dress she wore, she looks gorgeous. Here's another picture from the BAFTA site: http://www.bafta.org/awards/film/red-carpet-fashion-film-awards-in-2009,85,GAL.html Her picture is number 10. And congrats especially to Kate Winslet and Slumdog Milllionaire! She's been one of my favorite actresses for years. :)Avatar ImageDanielaNC says: Emma looks good. I like that she keeps her look clean and classy, unlike other celebrities.Avatar ImageHannah18 says: Emma Watson presented the award for special visual effects and she looked lovely but in the daily mail today they said she looked like and i a quote "Lamb dressed as mutton" how rude! she looked lovely! Avatar Imagekbicprez says: I thought Emma looked absolutely stunning last night! Her dress was to die for and her hair was gorgeous. Very elegant!!! Slumdog Millionaire had a great night and I loved seeing Jason Isaacs. Mickey Rourke's acceptance speech was "interesting". LOL.Avatar Imagebecmajec says: Emma looks gorgeous on the red carpet, that gown is so lovely! I'm afraid I'm not all that fussed on the blue number that she wore to the nominee's party though, her hair looks pretty though. I don't get Helena at all. It's true that this is better than past ensembles but REALLY- that bag? It's terrible! But she does Bellatrix brilliantly so I'll forgive her. Avatar ImageAga Veneficus says: Oh, my! What a gorgeous young lady! :DAvatar Imagedestypower7 says: omg i just love emma watson and i think she rox! go emma!Avatar Imagedestypower7 says: btw i think she looks gorg!Avatar Imagemugglemom4 says: I remember some of her first interviews and she said she was different from Hermione in that she loves fashion. I am so happy she has been able to explore fashion and has a talent for it. Avatar Imagemugglemom4 says: Oh and I love the shape of that dress!!!!!Avatar Imagemiriam the wounded says: The dress she wore at the Baftas was gorgeous, I'm just not sure she can pull it off. I think she looked like a little girl in a woman's gown. I just think it made her face and body seem somehow younger. I think she looks better when dressing in clothes that make her look her age. Young and sophisticated - which normally she can manage effectively. Not, as someone above quoted, as "lamb dressed as mutton" - which is something Emma has done before too. Avatar ImageTheGoldenSeeker says: Emma looks absolutely gorgeous in that black dress by Alice Tempereley!!! It suits her perfectly!!I like the outfit she had on the pre- party, too!!! That dark blue looks great on her! Martina xxxAvatar ImageCarol Carvalho says: omg... she looks gorgeous! Avatar ImageCatherine says: She looks great! Avatar ImageGarden State Geek says: I just love Emma. It's been fun to watch her grow up as Hermione.
