New Photos, Video of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Construction

There are new photos and a video of the continuing construction of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Attraction at Universal Studios, Orlando on the Attractions Magazine Blog online. These new construction photos show the amount of work currently underway on the the small details of such structures as the Hogwarts Castle and Hogsmeade Village. Photos also snap new looks at the recently positioned Hogwarts Express and the towering spires of the Hogwarts Castle structure. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is slated to open in 2010.

The sight of our craggy old Scottish Highlands castle WITH PALM TREES IN FRONT OF IT is enough to make me laugh all morning! I think that it will be hilarious to contrast the other gaudy attractions in this park with Hogsmeade Village, and it will make the Total Immersion experience all the more amazing once you walk through those gates. Can’t wait!!

The park truly appears to be one that will truly transport fans into the universe that they have thus far been only able to conceive entering and visiting in their minds. I look forward to seeing how the final park looks.
