Harry Potter Books Nominated at Kids' Choice Awards

It's Harry vs Edward again as the nominations for the 22nd Annual Kids' Choice Awards were made this morning. The Harry Potter novels by J.K. Rowling were nominated in the "Favorite Book" category yet again, along with the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Diary of a Wimpy Kid Do it Yourself Book by Jeff Kinney. Starting March 2 fans can go online via this link to cast their votes, with the winners to be announced on Saturday, March 28 (8-9:30pm ET) on Nickelodeon.

Aren’t the always nominated? Oh well. I just hope hope hope that it beats Twilight. It had better!

Gosh, I am a fan of both Twilight and HP, but HP HAS TO WIN! That would show twilighters … lol.

Can anyone vote??? Cos everyone will have to make sure HP wins!

Another fan of both here. But Harry Potter is much better. I’ll have to remember to vote.

I’ve never read the wimpy kid books. I don’t really plan on it. They seem like they’re aimed at young children. Someone correct me on that if I’m wrong. Harry Potter spans all age groups.

Oh no I hope Twilight doesn’t beat HP… part of me think there may be a chance of that happening as I’m presuming it’s Nick viewers and therefore Twilight’s target audience that will be the ones voting :S
