Posted by SueTLC

Yesterday, we saw the first photo of Dan Radcliffe filming in his role for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Today, Oclumencia has obtained several more of that same event, which you can see here, that reveal different angles of Dan filming a forest scene. Of note is this photo, which shows the camera crew at work with Dan. We do not know the original source nor location of these photos, and will update with more on that when we can. As reported previously, filming began last month on Deathly Hallows, with a 54 week total shoot set for the two part movie.

Thanks to Oclumencia!

Avatar ImageFresh Prince says: WooW dude this is a first i was the first to comment man im usually like the 50th man but the pics look cool Avatar Imagephantomdave79 says: Doesn't he have a wand in his hand? Then it can't be rhevwalk into the forest at the end. Maybe he's chasing after the doe. Either way, cool! Avatar ImageRinny says: it looks a lot like the doe scene to me- the soft glow of the forest, the way he seems to be looking out at something farther in the distance, a little hypnotized by it... but weird that they're filming that first. it'd be so hard, i think, to have to jump around the story so drastically like that!Avatar ImageSofiagw says: His sweater makes me think about the Silver Doe Chapter.Avatar ImageJodiie15 says: I think he's after the doe. These ones are much better! :)Avatar Imagesnapealicious says: I'm with Sofiagw. I'm thinking Silver Doe.Avatar Imagelnh92 says: I think silver doe as well.Avatar ImageHPGENIUS says: i hope it's the doe scene... which means shell cottage cut?!Avatar Imagewizardinventor says: I think that this is the doe scene, he does not seem to have a wand and I would imagine that they would wait for the actors to get more into charcter before they shot 'The Forest Again' sequence. Avatar ImageHagrid 713 says: Glad to see he's got the longer hair back - didn't like the shorter Harry hairAvatar ImageZivlok says: Dear me, he seems a bit poofy in one of the pictures - not a huge fan of that sweater.Avatar ImageHarry89 says: I'm thinking its the Silver Doe too. It also looks like he as Hermione's wand in hand. It doesn't look like his normal wand.Avatar ImageMOEgir198 says: Ah! Yay! Harry, Alone, In the woods??? Can anyone say SILVER DOE? i'm so excited! p.s. i hate that sweater.Avatar ImageGryfindorprincess09 says: I think it's the doe scene too.Avatar ImagePrenz13 says: I'm pretty sure it's the Silver Doe Scene like everyone said. He does seem to be holding a wand, but it doesn't seem like his usual wand. Plus the light and his expressions all indicate that it's a scene where he's just seen something mysterious and!! I love these pictures!! I'm excited now!!!Avatar Imagesavingharry says: yeah, I agree with you guys. It looks like the doe scene. I can't remember anything else in the 1st movie that is him walking purposely through the forest (the end scene would be the 2nd film, and even though they're filming both movies together, I imagine they'll generally shoot more part 1 footage first to get it to post faster.Avatar Imageravenclanna says: He's in the forest so often its kinda hard to tell which scene it is lol but im sure its not the scene in the end...Avatar ImageThio says: Ten of my House points on the Silver Doe scene!! That's got to be it!Avatar ImageFonty says: Okay, technically these are paparazzi pictures and therefore we don´t get any sense of context whatsoever. What makes me wonder the most is actually the shooting schedule. If Emma Watson only has until September and then only during her holidays, it is so wise to shoot scenes with Dan alone now? Or was this just a Second Unit shot? But how many scenes are in DH that don´t have Harry? Are they shooting everything out of sequence or are they going to shoot the trio camping in order and before the Battle? Has the cast only seen the script for Part One? Are they going to complete shooting Part One before they shoot part Two, or are they going to make the most of the locations they are in? I´d love to see LotR/KingKong-like Production Diaries, but I also understand Warner´s need of containing the flow of information about their two last HP movies. :) I hope I hope I hope that they are shooting extensive Behind-The-Scenes footage for a future release on the re-release boxed sets. :-) Anyways, these pictures certainly keep the fandom speculating. :) Avatar Imageowl-mail says: OMG i think it's the Doe scene now i was't so sure with the first photos but now... he's wearing a thick sweater and in this scene it's supposed to be really cold.Avatar ImageDances with Dobby says: Definitely the Silver Doe (I know I'm like the 30th person to say that)! I'm so happy that Dan's hair is longer and that they didn't give him that silly haircut he had in OotP (although that *was* two movies ago). I'm so excited that we're already getting DH photos, even though they're not official.Avatar Imagemhaeyemhaeye says: The first time I saw these photos I definitely thought it's the sliver doe scene. Looking really good! I wonder if Rupes is in there somewhere and Rickman! :DAvatar ImageScottMan says: Oh good lord, this just confirms it's real, it's reeeaaal! They're actually making a movie and such! I know they've said as much all this time, but it's another thing to see it happening.Avatar ImageCool Grandma2 says: If it's the Silver Doe scene then it's going to be in part 1 because Rupert said he only had the script for part 1. I'm not so sure. They did a lot of traveling in the woods before the Silver Doe. Harry doesn't look scruffy enough to be that far into the movie.Avatar Imagemaimiaa says: all i could think of looking at these pictures were the scenes from the claymation deathly hallows. but i <3 the claymation so hooray lol :]Avatar Imageginnyrose says: i am with everyone on this it got to be doe he going after Avatar Imagedehonestiss says: this has got to be filming for the silver doe. why else would harry be walking into a forest alone. the only other time he does that in DH is during the final battle when he was sacrificing himself. but in these pictures he doesn't look like he as been in battle.Avatar Imagejrivas1284 says: but isn't there snow on the ground on that Doe Chapter?Avatar ImageMathiasa says: jrivas1284: I always thought it was snow on the ground. Idk, I dont think it really matters movie-wise though.Avatar Imagespiritbound says: Loving these pictures :D This film is going to be immense can't wait. Avatar Imagetaekwondochik44 says: Those pics are making me think like everyone else, (the Silver Doe chapter). Looks amazing so far. I'm soo excited! Avatar ImageLady of the Lake says: That sweater is ugly. Avatar Imageskiving snackboxes says: I'm so excited! but I agree with others, I don't like that sweater much. Avatar Imageathena024 says: Maybe it's Hermione's wand he's holding. It definitely fits the atmosphere for the Silver Doe scene. PS: I love the sweater, though it might be a little large.Avatar ImageLauraKeaton says: I too thought the Silver Doe scene, but there is no locket horcrux around his neck, so it makes me question it. Could it perhaps be toward the end, when he's walking into the dark forest to meet voldemort? Though I would think he'd be more scratched up and bloody from the battle. Oh. I don't know.Avatar ImageHPNAIV says: It so looks like The Silver Doe scene. And he looks like he's wearing a LOT of sweaters because I know Dan's not that big.Avatar Imagemariapotter says: I LOVE these!! I like that Daniel looks bigger, given he was nicely buff off his Equus run, and older. Harry is in "fighting the Dark Lord" form and truly will have the weight on his shoulders. YES!Avatar Imageclashcityrocker13 says: neat!Avatar Imagemugglemom4 says: These pics are great.Avatar ImageSidish_black6 says: great !!! this 1 iz better !!! ;D Avatar ImageCourtney Quirke says: i love that new sweater.Avatar Imagelevi-OH-sa not levio-SA says: how excitiiiiing! he looks really good! and it's cool to see the cameras and crew too :]Avatar Image3 Weasly Twin says: I agree, it's probably the Silver Doe scene. I agree MOEgirl198, the sweater isn't that great.Avatar Imagelau399 says: I can't tell if he is using his wand or hermione's. If he is indeed using hermione's wand then it is the silver doe chapter because remember that Harry broke his wand in Godric Hallow.Avatar ImageWingardium says: Scruffy haired Harry!!!! Yippeeeeeeeeeee. Agree it must be the Doe scene. Dan's filled out to. Go Dan!!!Avatar Imagemariapotter says: I can't tell who's wand he's holding. His hand covers the handle and all you see is a brown stick. Still not sure this is the doe scene because I want it to be snowing!! However, CGI may take care of that. It's just that when he's at the lake and decides to jump in to obtain the sword, JK goes on about how cold he was and the lake was nearly frozen, the cold practically feeling like knives on him. Avatar Imageryuzastar says: I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but he's holding Hermione's wand, not his. So it's after Godric's Hollow.Avatar Imageryuzastar says: Now I think Warner Bros. should release one in hi-def, a very early first official still.Avatar Imagerhadamenthes says: It does look like the Silver Doe scene!! Great pictures.Avatar ImageMr. Brightside says: Well, there's no snow and to me it doesn' seem like a silver doe scene. But as mariapotter said CGI could take care of snow. He looks quite freaked out...Avatar ImageJaymie Brooks says: I'm with everyone in saying that it's The Silver Doe. Didn't they say that they film the movies backwards? So that would mean that The Silver Doe is the place where they're splitting the films (my guess would be that they're filming both movies at the same time, but seperately, so The Silver Doe would come before Forest Again).Avatar ImageIngvia says: Love these pictures! It looks like it could be the scene with the Silver Doe. I'm glad his hair isn't short! I don't see anything wrong with the sweater. If it's too big for him, then it suits even better, because Harry has inherited his clothes from Dudley, hasn't he?Avatar Imagespicefan1978 says: That sweater isn't very flattering. I'm so excited. I'm ready for more photos:)Avatar ImageYodatheHobbit says: "That sweater is ugly." Thank goodness Harry Potter goes for for function, rather than fashion. A sweater's function is to keep you warm. Nothing else. If it's freezing cold at night and your chasing something you feel your meant in this world to follow which will help you, it'd be ridiculous for you to worry what people will think of your shirt with you thinking your alone in the forest. I would hate these movies if their clothes were fashionable. Those kind of clothes don't belong in a HP film. Avatar Imagejonfrog says: i wonder what the silver doe will look like (and i know it will look like a silvedoe, but how good it will look) Avatar Imagestevenk12468 says: They should give us more..:))Avatar Imageryuzastar says: I don't think they've said they film it backwards, but they don't film it in order. They film it practically, like in HBP, I imagine they filmed all of the school scenes in one block and they filmed like the cave and the orphanage and the Dursleys in another block.Avatar Imagedtown says: all the speculation is pretty awesome, but before going too crazy about what's missing from the scene, or harry not looking just like one thought he might, remember this could be photography of test shots, or a rehearsal.Avatar Imagemariapotter says: These movies never film in order. As for the sweater, I mean, Hermanie had to put all their clothes in a little beaded bag. I'm sure she was going more for practicality than fashion/style :). I really like the sweater. It's a nice change from the sweats or track suits. Avatar ImageLivelaughlovepotter says: The only way we can really tell if it's the doe scene in these pics is if someone can see whose wand he's holding. I can't tell. If it's Hermione's it's the doe scene.Avatar ImageHermioneRon4ever says: It definatly does look like silver doe scene, in some of them he's even looking down at something - the sword? But it is hard to tell since they are in the forest so much. It's just that nobody is with him.Avatar ImageGobbledygook says: Dan looks so much older in the pics. It's sorta weird. I agree I think it's the Doe scene too.Avatar ImageCzechmetz says: That was my thought too, jrivas. Maybe it'll be easier to make the doe stand out against the leafy background.Avatar ImageHeavenly_Horcrux says: I agree with the doe scene.Avatar ImageHeavenly_Horcrux says: I agree with the doe scene.Avatar Imagebella vita says: I think the biggest indicator that this isn't the walking into the forest to meet voldemort scene is if you think of everything that happens in the castle leading up to that scene, Harry would look way more roughed up in these pics than he does. Also of note is that this forest doesn't seem to look anything like the forbidden forest. Judging by this and what I first mentioned I'm going to say that while yes it is probably the doe scene, there are a couple of other scenes that take place in the forest that Harry might have a wand out for. Dementors? Snatchers? Hard to say. What I do know for sure is that I too hate the sweater, but am very glad to see the return of Harry's hair.Avatar Imagedecarus says: I don't think this picture proves that they are going to split after the doe or after shell cottage. It is possible that they will film out of order. I know for LOTR they filmed scenes for the RotK really early and the director was like nobody is going to see these for three years. Avatar Imagedecarus says: I don't think this is the scene where harry is walking to his death because there are no leaves on the trees. Avatar ImageBre Sartain says: of the many forest scenes...Avatar ImageSmaraMalfoy says: OH my - i'm so excited for this movie! i can't wait to see it!!Avatar ImageSmaraMalfoy says: it does seem like the doe scene doesnt it....Avatar ImageeiVega says: Is this the first time that the photos released first are not Hagrid's Hut? That was only the theme park. We haven't seen that yet for DH...will we even for this movie? Probably not, huh? I don't know why, but I find that amusing. It's been a tradition in our movie news.Avatar ImageRavenclaww says: I think this is rather exciting and if I must say I think this is the Silver Doe scene. Because Harry is looking a bit curious and his hair is somewhat longish so it can't be the first camping scenes. I'm glad that they're actually making it realistic by having his hair growing pretty awesome. Can't wait until this comes out. xDAvatar ImageFawcett says: I am already loving the forest's eeriness.Avatar ImagexxIBelieveInNarglesxx says: it seems to be the doe scene, but might be anything else, there are a whole lotta forest scenes XD but i agree his hair looks much better than in the previeous films. also, for some reason these pics remind me of the claymation XDAvatar ImageFereverto says: Agreed that this is likely the doe scene. Daniel's face doesn't look as thin as usual. Maybe it's because it's in profile. Anyhow, it is GREAT to have pictures.Avatar ImagePeverell62442 says: We've all pretty much established that it's the doe scene. Besides, it would be highly unlikely that this was the Forest Again scene because that is most definitely going to be in Part 2 and the actors all say that they have only recieved the script for Part 1. Avatar ImageRobbie Rowe says: Wickedly awesome to see photos of Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter preparing to make the final journey as the boy wizard. Dark, moody, intruging too. Very nice. I would say one or two photos at least are from The Forest Again, but that the majority are from The Silver Doe.Avatar Imagevicky granger says: That's so cool ! It's probably the Silver Doe scene ! Avatar ImageMr. Ollivander says: these pics are so cool im so excitedAvatar Imagestary82 says: Outstanding!!!! That has to be the Doe scene... or perhaps, an added scene, because the apparently LOVE adding parts that don't exist in the book....Avatar ImageIlzairspar says: Like everyone else, I'm voting for this being the doe scene. It just SEEMS like the most likely choice.Avatar Imagejaiboi2 says: GIVE A WHISTLE IF U GUYS THINK THE FINAL HOGWARTS BATTLE SHOULD BE AN HOUR LONG OR MORE. WHOOP WHOOP. GIVE US FANS WHAT WE BEEN WAITING FOR A KICK ASS BATTLE TO OUT DO LOTR.YAYAvatar ImageMcTricks says: Yay! Silver Doe! Squee!!!Avatar ImageLis Lovegood says: Doe, a deer, a female deerAvatar Imagehermyone08 says: It's exciting that we are seeing pics from the DH shoot already!Avatar Imagetinagin says: Definitely the Silver Doe scene. Awesome!!!Avatar ImageMcGiggles92 says: OMG. This has to be the Silver Doe scene. It looks more like Hermione's wand than Harry's. Also, in picture number 7 (of 11) Harry is looking down as if looking for the sword in the lake. Also, in number 9 or 10, the camera is looking down (maybe at the sword).Avatar Imageselene21 says: I'm not very excited yet but I hoe with time that will changeAvatar Imagedavid1228 says: No way, could this possibly be the silver doe??? It sure looks like it!!! Unfortunately, I can't be properly excited about DH until I see HBP, so hurry up, WB!!!Avatar Imageselene21 says: thanks for this new fotosAvatar Imageamandrake says: He is definitely following the silver doe leading him to the sword! Avatar Imageugurbocegi says: I think he is following the silver doe too but, wasn't there snow everywhere? Avatar Imagecheeserpleaser says: I wonder which scene these pictures are from and will agree with everyone who suggested that it is probably the Silver Doe scene. It is almost impossible to grasp that they have just started filming and we are being indulged with such fantastic images from the set.Avatar Imagemissskye says: It could be possible that they may CGI snow in later if they need it.Avatar ImageGarden State Geek says: It's hard to tell what's going on -- but maybe this is his final trip into the woods???Avatar ImageErinM says: Oh my much do we love all of this? Avatar ImageMiss Smarticle says: I really don't like that sweater. =\ Definately not figure flattering at all.Avatar ImageScarlette says: It looks like "The Silver Doe" scene to me also...can't be the Forbidden Forest scene because I don't see any scars on his face and his clothes look too clean-cut.Avatar Imagelunaspec_gimmy says: Omg! ^_^ It's def gotta be the doe scene. :)Avatar Imagebookishgal says: Very atmosphericAvatar Imagemariapotter says: Before he entered the Forbidden Forest, he and Luna just finished dispatched the 2 death eaters and informed the teachers Voldy was coming, saw Ron and Hermaine kiss, rummaged for the Ravenclaw cup in a fiery pit and escaped, fought with others when Fred died, crawled through a duct to witness the death of Snape, watched Snape's memory in the pensieve and then, headed to the Forbidden forest. Yeah, this really can't be that scene! Avatar ImageProfKnight says: I'm going to have to go out on a limb and say that shot looks like its a scene from the wedding... yes theyre going to get it in some way or another. This is my plea please WB put it in. PS I know its the wrong movie :)Avatar ImageGreat Uncle Algie says: is it the sweater or has he put on some weight sitting in his hotel or whatever watching fairly oddparents in new yorkAvatar ImageSwish_and_Flick says: YTeah, i'm gonna vote that's the silver doe. because in one of the pics you can see a white ball held up on a pole. those are for the actors to look at when they are supposed to be looking at something computer animated. (silver doe)Avatar Imagehufflepuffrox says: I agree that is really when he is focused on something that hopefully won't kill him! Oh and in all of the movies his eyes are blue not green!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr -_- T_TAvatar Imagealbeitgurggish says: Yay! Pictures!Avatar Imagegoodenough says: What's up with that sweater? He lookes a nit fat in it :P I think it's the silver doe scene, too like a lot of peole have said. It makes sens. But i'ts nice to see that they are filming :DAvatar Imagezephy_stephy says: I can understand this being the silver doe now that y'all say it, but my first reaction was that it was the forest scene at the very end of DH.Avatar Imagejoyceemorrison says: is it just the sweater of has his body filled out? i mean, i like that he's in shape, but i'd love it if he filled out out a bit. or is it just me?Avatar Imagecleber says: it's probably a rehearsal for photography or something but i agree it must be the silver doe scene. keep them coming...Avatar Imagedecarus says: It has got to be the sweater. We have seen pictures of him and he hasn't gotten that big. Avatar ImageGryffindorGal87 says: As all of you have already said, I think it's the Silver Doe. =] I can't wait to see it! Avatar Imageellamia says: i love dan and i cant wait for any of the last three movies!Avatar Imagemaera-kyrie says: It does look rather like the Silver Doe scene...he seems to be following something, determinedly.Avatar ImageHermione_Granger1987 says: I love the new pics!!I Harry’s long hair is back at last!!! I think it’s "the Silver Doe". However, if my memory doesn't deceive me there’s supposed to be snow in that chapter, isn’t there? That makes me think that it could be “the forest again”, but he doesn’t look sad he looks curious, and as if he is following something. Avatar Imagecdewson says: This deff looks like the SIlver Doe scene. Just the fact that he's alone, looks like hes looking off into the distance after something, and wearing a sweater, frozen pond with Gryffindor's swordAvatar Imagecdewson says: This deff looks like the SIlver Doe scene. Just the fact that he's alone, looks like hes looking off into the distance after something, and wearing a sweater, frozen pond with Gryffindor's swordAvatar Imageshellybasson says: I think its the Godric's Hollow scene... It looks very spookyAvatar Imagesweetquietgirl89 says: his hair isgeting long again i like him with shrot hair actually Avatar Imagemugglemom4 says: Gotta be the silver doe scene. Avatar ImageDobbyandWinky says: he looks a bit, hmm... old?Avatar Imagehermionegirl7 says: I agree with everyone else in thinking it's the Silver Doe scene, which would explain why he seems to have Hermione's wand in hand. And he's got on a sweater and his hair doesn't look all that neat and he looks like he might have some stubble, so that would all fit. But, wow. I got chills down my spine looking at those. At first I thought they would be HBP photos until I remembered that they're already shooting Deathly Hallows. I am so excited!Avatar ImageAccioCloak says: That makes sense - if they've been moving around a lot & camping, he's not exactly going to look well groomed!Avatar Imagex_Potter_Lover_Forever_x says: Silver Doe defo! lol xxAvatar Imagemewthree says: it is great that the book is being made into two films, we can see more of the story line.Avatar Imagepottercastfan says: probably the doe scene, I agree. The light is probably eminating from the doe Avatar Imageiceymoon says: i hate how that sweater makes him look fat, but everything else is awesome!! i was having trouble deciding which forest scene that could be (since there's a few of them), but i'm inclined to agree with the general opinion of the Silver Doe. :3 I CAN'T WAIT!! AHHH~
