I'm italian, you see..Avatar ImageYodatheHobbit says: Patrick Doyle's GOF soundtrack had nearly every instrument all playing the exact same notes. Hardly any layering of the music or orchestrating at all, specifically the action tracks. There were a few good tracks though.Avatar Imagebadger666 says: Interesting titles. Some of them definitely do have spoilers, but I guess they're assuming that anyone who buys the soundtrack has already seen the movie/read the book. Avatar ImageHPNAIV says: "When Harry Kissed Ginny?!" Sounds awesome :)Avatar ImageMcTricks says: YAY! Its like number and titles of scenes!!! squeeee!!!Avatar ImageHarryLoony says: Guys the tracks are not in order I guess! The weasley's stomp is probably the Burrow scene!Avatar ImageJohn-Robert says: weasley stomp? hm. i love "in noctem." and thank god to aragog.Avatar ImageLargeBlondDeathEater says: For some reason when I read "Weasley Stomp" at the end of that list, I imagined all the Weasley family members stomping on the ground when they find out about Dumbledore's death. Haha.Avatar Imageweasleywannabe1997 says: I thought Doyle's orchestrations were lush, and his themes were symphonic. Think of the variety of motifs he employed in GOF -- two waltzes (!), a classic British Brass Band piece, meditative music ("Harry in Winter" still moves me), and the incredible action sequences. OOP was a huge disappointment to me musically, I can barely recall a single theme. I am hoping this soundtrack lives up to the anticipation caused by the titles listed here.Avatar Imageweasleywannabe1997 says: I think my original comment disappeared, but I wanted to chime in that I loved Doyle's GOF score. It was masterful. I mean, 2 waltzes? A British Brass Band march? "Harry in Winter?" The action scenes, like the underwater scene? Even the song of the merpeople --- awesome. I loved it, and I am a soundtrack fan, period. I thought OOP was forgettable. Please God, make this one as good as the track titles sound, and please bring back John Williams (or Patrick Doyle!) for DH!!!Avatar ImageLisee_Lu says: Yayayayayayaya! I absolutely LOVE the soundtracks! More great music for my car! I'm so excited to hear some samples (hopefully).Avatar ImageLeo_Lovegood says: Love love love this.Avatar Imagebrentbrehony says: So cool!!Avatar ImageHorcruxalej says: eh i dont care about spoilers i already know what happens... that what happens when you read the book...Avatar ImageLucilla says: Weasley stomp? lol it sounds good, whatever it will be! Avatar ImageBeansie says: Wow, if you didn't know what happened, those titles would spoil a lot (can't let my mom see them). I'm very interested to hear The Weasley Stomp. It just sounds cool. I can't wait!Avatar ImageMera004 says: I wonder what the Weasley Stomp will be... o.O I like how Track 13 is "School!" with an exclamation point. It's just not "School," but "School!"--I don't know why, but it makes me laugh... :) Avatar Imagekiwimci says: Does anyone else think that When Ginny Kissed Harry sounds like an episode of Friends?Avatar Imagearkapain says: The Weasley STOMP? Hell yeah, I'm liking this soundtrack. I miss Patrick Doyle though....Avatar Imagepotterrock says: :O:O......i want the soundtrack *o*.....Avatar ImageElwood J. Blues says: My heart is hammering. I want this.Avatar ImageArianae426 says: eeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!! looks fabulous!!!!Avatar Imageliv-wa says: AHHH!!! I love new soundtracks [: They always make me happyAvatar Imagesrt2gryffndr says: I can't WAITAvatar Imagepipkin3 says: 28 tracks! YAY! I hope they're a decent length. I'll be disappointed if I find that after reading 28 tracks, that they are only 1 1/2 mins long or something.Avatar Imagehermionegirl7 says: Well, they all sound pretty great, but I'm loveing "When Ginny Kissed Harry". It sounds like "When Harry Met Sally", which for some reason I find very hilarious. And I could totally see all the Weasley's in a production of Stomp. :) I wonder what that track is? Hmmm... Maybe it's for the credits and they want to have fun music at the end? Avatar ImageWingardium Leviosa says: Interesting titles!Avatar Imageharrypotter1991 says: Love the names of these tracks!Avatar Imageizziewitch says: *yoddathehobbit, I actually think Doyle's soundtrack sounded like Beethoven compared to Hooper's for OoP. I liked the fact that Doyle wrote complete pieces, not the scattershot themes Hooper composed, he wrote just enough to cover a scene. Loved the Hogwarts Hymn that ran with the credits for GoF, and his change of key in the graveyard scene when Harry's parents appeared, among others. That said, I know I'll buy this one anyway. :)Avatar Imagelumosshimmy says: It's nice to see the titles are more like a true score, rather than naming incindental songs for each scene. So that tells me that (hopefully), the score will be more beautiful and meaningful this time around..... we'll see! :)Avatar Imageboona says: When Ginny kissed Harry, that sounds so lovely =]Avatar Imagehp4ever13 says: So aragog gets a proper goodbye after not being mentioned since the 2nd? But I love Nicholas Hooper, so I'm excited. ;)Avatar Imagekraamerxmich says: 26. Dumbledore's Farewell hmmm....interesting...Avatar Imagestarkitty313 says: very interesting titles. can't wait to hear them!Avatar ImageVeganMudblood says: Wow, there are a lot of tracks for this film! Looking forward to the soundtrack! :)Avatar ImageSilverMoose says: Ginny kisses Harry??? So there's no after match snog in the common room in front of Dean and Ron????? Ohhhhhh wellllllllllllllllllllllllllAvatar Imageminitontis says: 28 themes!! Normally, the movie soundtracks (not talking about HP, but the whole cinema industry) don't include all the themes, only the main ones... Seems like this time we're going to enjoy all the soundtrack for the first time!! I had never seen 28 themes in a Sountrack!! (I'm wandering if Mr. Hooper has improoved his music level...)Avatar Imagebella vita says: Interesting. Like everyone else I too am most intrigued by "The Weasley Stomp" and what scene this track is for. Clearly its for the end of the film as tracks on a score are almost always listed by the order which they appear in the film and it must be for a scene that wasn't in the book so maybe its for some sort of scene that will help set up for the wedding in DH assuming they keep it as Bill and Fleur's wedding or just the intro of Bill. I don't know, its just too hard to guess. Ugh I wish we could just see the movie already! I was not a fan of Nicholas Hooper's work on OOTP so I hope there are at least tracks longer than 1 minute this time around and some recognizable version of Hedwig's Theme is in there somewhere. I desperately miss John Williams. His work was fantastic. There is a reason why his scores for HP received so much praise. God I really wish that they would just bring him back for DH especially with it being the last two films. It would be an appropriate end to the series to hear one of his older HP tracks play at the end of DH part 2.Avatar ImageEJohnson1988 says: Can't wait to hear it!Avatar ImageCatherine says: AWESOME!!! so many titles have tgo do with ships! thats awesome! xxxAvatar ImageScarlette says: Wow, 28 tracks...that's the most I've seen on a soundtrack. I thought OotP was ok, but I'm so excited for this one!Avatar ImageLivelaughlovepotter says: EEEK I love the soundtracks!Avatar Imagesanjuangelina says: The soundtarcks of the Harry Potter movies are toooooogood! I just love it! the titles are so intriguing, I can't wait for a sample! John Williams did a superb job, so did Patrick Doyle and Nicholas Hooper! these people are amazing! Oh, can't wait!!!!Avatar ImageJTEL99 says: Wow, I want to learn The Weasley Stomp! :-DAvatar ImageKara000 says: Hahah the Weasley StompAvatar Imagelisajean65 says: Awesome! So excited to hear the songs!Avatar Imageerictipton says: is anyone else thinking that the "weasley stomp" track might be a little bit of a wedding dance. could they have kept it that quiet. fooled us all these months. could they have actually done a wedding scene with the weasleys?Avatar Imageerictipton says: is anyone else thinking that the "weasley stomp" track might be a little bit of a wedding dance. could they have kept it that quiet. fooled us all these months. could they have actually done a wedding scene with the weasleys?Avatar Imagehpiznxt2myheart says: Such morbid names!Avatar Imagethewandofdestiny says: can't wait!! there's 28 tracks!!Avatar ImageDanielleD says: AHAHAHAHAHA!!! I just got a free download of one of the tracks from the official soundtrack (you were able to get the DL if you had purchased advanced tickets from Fandango or some other movie ticket site) and it was called, "Friends and Love". This title is not listed above and since #27 is the closest one, I just wanted to check and/or point it out.
