Contest to see Half-Blood Prince Film in LA on July 11

Thewlisrox owled today to let us know about a contest they are holding where one lucky fan will win a ticket to an official WB pre-screening of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on Saturday, July 11 held at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, California. To apply, simply email (thewlis.rox.contests@davidthewlis.net); in the subject line of your email: HBP Screening. Please include your name, age, and phone number. When entering, please be sure you will be able to attend (no transportation will be provided) you must be at least eighteen years of age or have consent from your parent/guardian. Deadline for contest entries is Monday, July 6. Good luck!

I believe the screening is a morning show. Amanda will be calling the TWO winners to give them the details on where to meet, etc.

Too bad they don’t provide transportation. I can’t justify paying hundreds of dollars for a plane trip to see a movie, so I won’t enter the contest.

aww. why cant it ever be near me. Why cant they do something special like this in D.C. I mean im still 100 miles to the south but closer to there as opposed to NY or LA.
