Many thanks to WB!

Avatar ImageCeltise says: Its horrible!Avatar Imagehallows_or_horcruxes says: beautiful. it has that amazing english romantic pictorial style and it totally rocks. god this is depressing.Avatar ImagePadfootLover4ever says: Wow! This is depressing yet beautiful! I absolutely love it! And mugglenet pointed out that it's a lot like the one for SS. The SS one even says the magic begins and then here's this one saying it all end here. They should make this poster available to buy eventually. I would love to have it. I really really love this. It's perfect.Avatar ImageJessBlogsBooks says: Amazing. I love that it kind of pays homage back to the first teaser for SS. Talk about a full circle! I can't wait to see the actual theatrical posters, now! Avatar ImageNatalie says: It gives me goosebumbs! It is so depressing and sad and I don't like seeing Hogwarts in flames and destroyed... :( :( :(... But I love it! Things have gotten serious!!!!!! :D Avatar ImageHPNAIV says: Wow. Beautiful, but really sad at the same time :(Avatar ImageNinnyTreetops says: Well, WB, your Typography AND film Identity is still fugly as anything, but I have to hand it to you: that image you chose for the teaser is simply brilliant. And very chilling to emotional dorks like me. Well done.Avatar Imagejaclyngirl713 says: That's beatifully done. Very emiotional and a bit dark...Avatar Imagejaclyngirl713 says: That's beatifully done. Very emiotional and a bit dark...Avatar Imagecghambright says: It's PERFECT!!!!!!!!! I love how they applied the parallels between SS and DH in the poster!!! The SS poster depicts a cheery, happily lit Hogwarts and this one is clearly much more somber!! I love it!!! It captures the tone of DH PERFECTLY!!!!!!! Avatar ImageLeo_Lovegood says: Beautiful.Avatar Imagegryffindor1991 says: i love it.. its beautiful but sad... and i love the sunrise in the background :)Avatar ImageHarryRichardsPotter says: oh my goodness! thats hot!!!!!!!!!!Avatar ImageOddape says: Wow. That's the best HP poster since the box art from the first movie!Avatar Imagefloridianhp says: thats real nice. :)Avatar Imagemaimiaa says: that's. awesome. beautiful.Avatar ImageRoonil Wazlib says: For ONCE! A tagline that isn't cheesy or lame but actually evocative. Good paster, though, from the looks of it, they went overboard with the Hogwarts damage. How will students ever go back there? It's all burned up!Avatar ImageHermione Elizabeth says: WOW! What a poster! They went all out on this... especially to be the first one released. It's really cool looking but gosh it makes me sad to see Hogwarts all in flame. :(Avatar ImageBookworm Jen says: I absolutely love this poster; the picture is stunning. My only complaint is that I wish it would say Deathly Hallows on it instead of just HP7. But overall it definitely gives me chills!Avatar Imagedoxycide says: That is absolutely amazing. It's so chiling! That very picture of Hogwarts was the first picture we saw when they rode the boats across the lake in the first movie. That's the moment when everything began. The poster couldn't be more fitting. It really does all end there.Avatar ImageI love my Spectra Specs says: Oh my gosh....Hogwarts on fire....It's so horrible!!! The poster's great though!Avatar ImageEdwardZonum says: Thats look really great, the best HP poster i think!Avatar Imagenwrosey says: IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!Avatar Imageaval says: I loves it :) Avatar Imagegirlatty1 says: Hogwarts destroyed? It's a good thing I know the ending.Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: Outstanding!Avatar ImageKourtis says: Is it weird that i like the fan-made from ages ago with the stag more? Its true! Hogwarts doesnt look realistic, its too small for the poster Too dramatic, THe FInale I think it could be much better!Avatar ImageEgor says: That extremely, terribly fake reflection on the bottom really just ruins the whole thing for me. You'd think that they would have better artists make their posters; like ones that can make proper water reflections.Avatar ImageEgor says: Oh, and @Roonil Wazlib, that tagline definitely is cheesy and lame; all taglines are — it's in the definition.Avatar ImageKaitousblackwings says: I think it's brilliant, and the colors are beautiful and eye catching. As well, showing a flaming Hogwarts is the best way to get people's attention--no one wants to see the prized building in flames. :( It's a fantastic poster and will definitely attract a lot of attention.Avatar ImageParkinsonpansy says: thats looks awesome that will bring in people to watch itAvatar Imagevicki_the_house_elf says: It's absolutely perfect! I can't wait to have this on my wall, hopefully they'll let us buy it. It sums up the last two films beautifully, infact i love it so much i'm making it my profile picture! :)Avatar Imagevicki_the_house_elf says: See :)Avatar Imageazaadpotter says: Amazing. hotAvatar ImageStellar Sound says: SO. GOOD. Avatar ImageShinyPineapple says: Eh we'll rebuild Hogwarts(: When i saw the poster, i saw the title, and nearly started crying.... I DONT WANT IT TO END!!!!!!!Avatar ImageMeggie the Goose says: Ooh, yay, that's great, although kind of depressing. It all ends here. I'm kind of miffed that it's gonna be in 3D, I wish it weren't.Avatar ImageMeggie the Goose says: Ooh, yay, that's great, although kind of depressing. It all ends here. I'm kind of miffed that it's gonna be in 3D, I wish it weren't.Avatar ImageMeggie the Goose says: Ahh! It posted it twice. :|Avatar Imagewordsaremagic says: As an American, I find the darkness of that image of the Battle of Hogwarts and the date of the movie release eerily ironic; 19 November will be the 157th anniversary of Lincoln's famous Gettysburg Address, a commemoration of one of the darkest battles in human history, when courage alone (that "form of every virtue at the testing point"--C.S.Lewis) stood up to defend a simple principle worth the sacrifice of everything: all men are created equal.Avatar ImageAveryfan says: I'm trying to picture that as a Charm City Cake...Avatar ImageGryffindorGarstang says: Amazing!Avatar Imagebrattyc says: Hey Meggie the Goose...don't worry, they'll be showing it in 2D too. I'm not into the 3D stuff myself, but I'm loving the poster and can't wait til November. Averyfan...I wonder if Duff is planning one for the movie opening in case they ask him at the last minute again-LOL!Avatar Imagewhyalltheglitter says: What can I say...? It looks amazing...but at the same time, its so terrible to see Hogwarts looking like that...In such terrble condition...I think this is another sign from WB that DH is going to be epic...and that its going to make you cry...Avatar ImageHufflepuffKiwi says: I never thought that the castle would look like a matchstick, but its very well done, if incredibly depressing to see Hogwarts in flamesAvatar ImageNoble Birth Descending says: There are no specific dates mentioned. If history holds, that means they will be changing...Avatar ImageScarlette says: Wow. Beautifully tragic.Avatar Imagechanngalambeatrice says: I like that poster! :)Avatar Imagemark707 says: so sadAvatar ImageLunaLuver says: WOW! Thats so beautiful, yet depressing at the same time. I got chills! :)Avatar ImageLittle Light says: Oh, gods... I think my soul just got ripped to shreds... It's so beautiful and morbid. I love it.Avatar Imagex_Potter_Lover_Forever_x says: Sigh, beautiful and depressing. The mood of DH is perfect. I love the whole full circle thing with PS and DH. I still can't believe it's all coming to an end. -.- Avatar ImageCarinaPotter says: Holy cow... wow... it's up in smoke... that's powerful. Especially for the fans who have seen Hogwarts in it's prime. This is far from it. But I do love it, and I think that it's absolutely perfect for DH. Good job, WB!Avatar Imageforgetmenot_007 says: AMAZING!!Avatar ImagexxIBelieveInNarglesxx says: WOW,i say best teaser poster ever!it's beutiful and yet very sad to Hogwarts like this, and the tag line...:(Avatar Imagelpierich says: it's nice and all but did they really have to go all out and destroy Hogwarts. I know people probably hate when people say this. In the book I figure it was a wall here and there and lots of stuff flying off the shelves. I really hate that they are going all out and destroying Hogwarts.Avatar ImageBlutiful says: Great!Avatar ImageNumeroUnoFan says: wow they are doing it big on this. it looks awesomeAvatar ImageFilmGirl27 says: It's beautiful, but sooo depressing. O.O But I love the parallel between this and the PS poster! The PS poster was happy, cheerful, amazing Hogwarts with the caption "The magic begins". Now the DH poster has dead, destroyed, obliverated Hogwarts with the caption "It all ends here". Wow, that is just awesome. Nice, WB.Avatar Imagecasweasley says: Makes you realise it's all coming to an end :( I still love it though!Avatar Imageblue_rogue says: That looks fantastic!Avatar Imageginnyrose says: this makes me so sad Avatar ImageHarrypotterultrafan says: it's brilliant :)Avatar Imagecritterfur says: I find it interesting that some people feel the damage-level to Hogwarts is overdone in the film. I guess my interpretation of the final book was that Hogwarts was pretty much leveled, with all the scenes of entire walls crumbling, staircases being blasted apart, etc, so this poster matches my memories of the book. I always wondered, however, just how the school would operate in the years after the last battle with Voldemort...I'm curious about those intervening 19 years between the end of the battle and the epilogue at King's Cross. Wouldn't it be funny to see a First Year's perspective, coming into that environment? Huge damage to the school, the emotional fallout from losing both teachers and students...it would be very strange. I always thought Harry lucked out a little with his first year at Hogwarts...It could just be because we saw the whole thing from an 11-year-old's perspective, but beyond Harry's own personal problems in the first book and film, nothing major is going on in the Wizarding World at large. When students and teachers talk about what happened in the recent years before Harry attended Hogwarts, they talk about Fred and George's pranks, or how the Quidditch teams performed. Compare that with a First Year's view of Book 2 - One of their fellow students seems to be going around attempting to murder them. Or Book 3 - These creepy cloaked soul-sucking things are flying around everywhere, and a supposed killer is on the loose. Or Book 4 - Giant international tournament (and no Quidditch games...which would stink if you were in Year 7 and wanted one last change to win the Cup). And imagine if in your first year at school, it was attacked and virtually destroyed. I know that Jo has talked about how she wanted there to be a feeling at the end of Book 7 that the survivors have to deal with things like guilt and sorrow (she mentioned that George never really comes to terms with Fred's death, sadly), and also the process of rebuilding, the reconstruction and rebirth that comes after a terrible war, so I think it's fitting that there's not much left of Hogwarts in the end...it makes the task more monumental and epic. Avatar Imagecritterfur says: Sorry that post was so long, by the way...Avatar Imagehalfbloodprincesss says: love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Avatar ImagePhoenix1946 says: Remember, Hogwarts was built by Wizards, not stone masons. If Wizards could build it, then Wizards can rebuild it. The school's teachers are a collection of very powerful Wizards who are certainly capable of using magic to repair what has been magically destroyed. Think "Repairo". Remember, Harry has the most powerful wand ever and used it to repair his own wand. Why not repair Hogwarts?Avatar Imagegeminidreamatl29 says: for the people who think its horrible you obviously dont realize the epic finalaity behind it or the brillance. this is probably one of the most saddest emotional posters ever. the first movie began with the iconic castle all shinny new and exciting now its the castle again this time burning, dark, being destroyed showing that harry potter is sadly over and ending with one of the best taglines ever. i cannot wait to own this poster. when i first saw it i was blown away!Avatar Imagethundermountain7 says: it looks amazing i want to buy itAvatar Imageeccentricalice says: Wow, this is stunning, and I absolutely love it! Definitely want to have this on my wall.Avatar ImageGiant Squid says: Omigosh!!! It looks great! "It all ends here" that gives me goosebumps!!Avatar ImageMoose_Starr says: The image and use of color is really dramatic. It kind of sums up the feeling of the book in just one pic. If anyone hadnt read the book, they would likely get a shock at seeing Hogwarts in flames. The only thing that I dont like is, like with HBP they are now using *HP6* and *HP7* Like these books have titles, why not use them for the movies. Avatar ImageLuna White queen Lovegood says: oh, very beautiful)))Avatar Imagekiwimci says: Really is gorgeous, so happy they've come full circle with PSAvatar ImageGryffindor Cutie says: What a gorgeous poster, yet it's so sad to see Hogwarts destroyed and in flames. So sad. That is a very keen comparison of the two posters, kind of fitting really. We all started out coming to Hogwarts just like Harry and now, just as the poster says, "it all ends here". Do you notice that nowhere on the poster does it say Deathly Hallows? It says HP7. Interesting.Avatar ImageEmmaline10248 says: one word Wow............ its almost over......... *sob*Avatar ImageEgor says: @critterfur, nice post.Avatar ImageWendelin the Weird says: Wow, it looks great! Really beautiful. Very sad though, i don’t want it to end. Avatar Imageharrypotterfreak101 says: That looks magnificently amazing! (Ignore my desire for extra long words) I can't wait to actually sit in front of the screen with the actual Deathly Hallows on!Avatar Imagenyteflite says: different and not what i was expectingAvatar ImageEmmaria says: wowwwwww that's horrible it's so coolllAvatar ImageNot Slytherin says: Wow - this is so epic. Fabulous artwork, beautiful in its horror ...Avatar Imagekatherine102678 says: Awesome! I can't wait!Avatar Imagecritterfur says: In response to Phoenix1946's statement about fixing Hogwarts...It's true that Hogwarts was built by wizards and not normal stonemasons, but I think that would actually make the entire school more difficult to repair, because it always seemed to me like Hogwarts was a living, breathing thing, constantly changing on its own with no guidance or instruction from others...the moving staircases, rooms which shift appearance. I think it might be very complicated to restore that after the last battle. Also, it's been pointed out in various places (even on Pottercast) that for some reason, even with all of their repairing and cleaning spells, wizards for some reason have let certain parts of Hogwarts fall into disrepair. Anyway, that's just my two cents on the subject...I'm sure the physical damage could be repaired, easily or not, but the emotional damage...To have so many subsequent tragedies at the school, with Cedric dying, then Dumbledore, then Snape, and various students (including poor Colin), I think the environment in the years after would be a weird combination of hopeful and yet grieving.Avatar Imagesnunkiebrian says: Oh funky poster, it makes me sad though. xAvatar Imageiceymoon says: it's the most beautiful (while at the same time horrible) teaser poster i've ever seen!!! i love the drama, how they're making the point of how huge this has all been and therefore how significant that it's coming to an end is.. i love how they used the HP7 logo to separate the dates. i love the simplicity of it all. i just love it.Avatar Imagetjerriam says: ohh..thats awesome......very cool..Avatar ImageBookworm_Weasley says: The image of Hogwarts burning is amazing, but I really HATE the "HP7" thing. They put "HP6" on the first couple of HBP posters- regardless of the fact that none of the previous films have been numbered- but then they took it off the later ones. I wonder why they've put the number back on this one. I don't like it.Avatar ImageIndia is land of the Phoenix says: The poster is fabulous ! However Leaky got it wrong. It is not a dark sky. It is the dawn sky. Looking at the left side, the sun may come up at any moment. It represents the climax of the battle : Demise of Voldemort.Avatar Imagehewy says: The poster really is beautiful, sad but beautiful. There are enough powerful witches and wizards to rebuild Hogwarts over the summer break, especially if Harry uses the Elder wand before he returns it to Dumbledores tomb.Avatar Imagehar1020 says: Such a sad picture... but at the same time it has an ethereal sense to it.Avatar Imagejorowlinglover31 says: That poster makes me want to cry. :(Avatar Imagejhangelgurl says: Wow its really kind of sad to me at least. Avatar Imagejhangelgurl says: Wow its really kind of sad to me at least. Avatar ImageFresca says: With all that fire and smoke, I would have to say that poor Hogwarts gets trashed in the movie. That will explain the scene of Harry and Voldie in the ruins, maybe. I have to give Warner Bros. kudos for capturing the darkness and danger in the DH. I think the last two movies are going to be wonderful! Avatar ImageForever Weasleys says: W-O-W.... that is one of the coolest posters I've seen!Avatar ImageTheWaiter says: Wow, that was a really great poster ! I thought that the halfblood prince poster was good, but this is the best !Avatar ImageToNkS_rip says: WOW......Avatar Imageginnyshiel says: I'm German and I don't like the translation. Don't start with "es" (it). It sound weak. Better would be "Alles endet hier" oder better "Hier endet alles". Maybe someone will read it and change it - please.Avatar Imageminerva-rules-uk says: The amount of damage on the main tower defies the laws of physics; it would collapse. Still, it is a magic castle. Otherwise the poster looks great - I never imagined a complete ruin while reading the book.Avatar ImageSlytherins says: Very beautiful, yet haunting poster. I love the contrasts of the blues and golds, fire and water. I am extremely excited for the final two-part instalment, and can't wait to own this poster as well!Avatar ImageRupertFanatic101 says: Awesome, but very, VERY depressing....Avatar Imagestregs12 says: what a sick picture. wow i can't wait for the movie to come outAvatar Imagerohit_albus severus says: this is brilliant work! the parallel drawn between ss and dh is really moving..
