The Press Association has some new quotes from Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) in which the actor confirms that the Harry Potter cast are unaware of where the split will come between the last two films in the Harry Potter series.
"We don't know where the cut's going to be," says Felton, "[e]veryone keeps asking us 'where is the cut?' but they've shot it kind of all as one and I think they're going to wait and see whatever feels right."
The actor talks of the cast's relief at finding out that there would be two films for the seventh book, which Felton describes as "the most important chapter of the whole story."
Lastly, Felton also comments on the way it feels to leave Draco Malfoy behind:
I kind of use him as therapy in a way. I get to build up these angers and frustrations and then vent it through this evil little Hitler child. Without it I may have to go to therapy - maybe it's time to vent that way!

Oh my, all of this is so sad. It feels just like it did when Deathly Hallows came out and we knew there would not be any more books.

As Harry is being pulled up from the frigid water ,unknowingly, by Ron. All of a sudden, a seemingly doomed Potter is violently jerked to the surface by an unknown force. Friend or foe?! Dum dum duuuuum!

Somehow I don’t think Tom Felton will need therapy! He always comes across as pretty grounded. i suspect he could use golf now to vent his feelings on. That is one game that can be a BIG challenge!

I always thought it was going to be split after the trio are captured by the snatchers, putting Malfoy Manor in Part II.
I think the best place would actually be when Dobby comes and rescues them and they split in mid-apparition. This would mean we get to see Bellatrix, Dobby and Ollivander in Part I! YESS!! However, it would mean we wouldn’t see Wormtail in Part II which I would be quite sad about.
Or, the trio could arrive at Malfoy Manor; Bellatrix touches her Dark Mark; we see Voldemort and he laughs; we tarvel into his eye and see the trio and the Deathly Hallows symbol; cut!
I think any time before this wouldn’t give us enough time for the rest of the book and the Battle of Hogwarts.
Just a couple of ideas.

Evil little Hitler child. Not that Hitler is in any way funny, but I find it amusing he described Draco that way. Well, he was obsessed with blood (racial) purity and all that, but I think I’d liken Draco instead to a Hitler youth as he wasn’t the supreme evil in that whole operation.
