Lewis Interviews

An attendee at London Film and Comic Con has carefully transcribed the Q&A session with Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom). Lewis was a guest speaker at the event over the weekend and covered a wide range of topics from co-stars, fun off set and memories from his time on the Harry Potter film. Lewis says of Neville’s grandmother, “[there] is a lady who has been cast as his nan. I have met her on set. That’s all I can say.” When asked whether Neville cuts off Nagini’s head, as in the book, Lewis responds, “all I can say is that we’ve stuck to the book as much as possible.”

The Neville Longbottom actor described watching Michael Gambon (Albus Dumbledore) watch his own moving portrait at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter as “the most surreal thing” and said that the theme park attraction was “unbelievable.”

You can read the full transcript of the Q&A session on Tumblr at this link.
