"For Your Consideration" Ad for "Deathly Hallows: Part 2"

Warner Bros. has released another for your consideration ad for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2," this one featuring Harry and Voldemort facing off in the Forbidden Forest. This ad recommends the movie for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Cinematography, and you can see it here in our galleries.

I agree, you can tell already that Part 2 is being snubbed. Which I really dont get at all. A fantasic film, with fantastic actors. Who could ask for more?

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo will prove to be the far more egregious “snub” than Hallows 2. (And, yes, the HPFA members have seen it, or most of it, at any rate.) Regardless, Hallows 2 was never going to live down the two Columbus films or WB’s decision to maximize profits by splitting the final story into two films.

Yes, after being looked over by the nonsense that is the Golden Globes, my hopes for a few nominations for DH2 have plummeted.
