Daniel Radcliffe is set to star in an action-thriller Beasts of Burden, according to Moviefone.
Moviefone reports that Beasts of Burden centers on a drug-running pilot who manages to come into conflict with both the DEA (drug enforcement administration) and drug cartels.
Hollywood Reporter writes about the plot of the movie in following way:
“Beast of Burden centers on a pilot (Radcliffe) running drugs across the boarder who must navigate the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Cartel and others over the course of a day.”
Hollywood Reporter reports that Beasts of Burden will be the English-language directing debut of Swedish filmmaker Jesper Ganslandt. The film is written by Adam Hoelzel. It is produced by Pal Schiff and Michael Diamond from MGMT Entertainment, and Chad Moore and Jeff Elliott from Green-Light International.
The shooting of Beasts of Burden is set to begin in late November in Savannah, Georgia, and the project will be introduced at the upcoming AFM in November for potential buyers.
