It’s been a busy week for Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts stars. Matt Lewis has been designing t-shirts, Emma Watson declined to be a corseted Disney princess, Eddie Redmayne received OBE, and Rupert Grint was photographed filming his new Crackle crime thriller series, Snatch.

Matt Lewis designed his own Neville/Matt t-shirt, featuring his 11-year-old face to sell for a limited time, in support for Children’s Charities. The tshirt pokes fun at Matt’s transformation from awkward, motley kid to incredibly good-looking young man, as it features the phrase “Started from the Bottom.” He certainly isn’t afraid to make fun of himself.

The shirt is available in two different colors and will also be available in a hoddie, tank and sweatshirt. A portion of the proceeds will go to Children’s Charities. The t-shirts are for sale at this website, and will be available until December 15, so grab yours now!

Emma Watson has been taking a year off of filming, but many of her films–Beauty and the Beast and The Circle–are wrapping up post production, releasing trailers, and getting ready for theatrical release! We can’t wait to see our Hermione gracing the big screen. In the mean time, behind the scenes information is making its way into the news cycle. Recently, it was reported that Emma Watson decided not to be a typical corseted Disney princess as Belle in Disney’s live action Beauty and the Beast. She also had a lot to say about Belle’s iconic yellow dress. EW reports:

The yellow dress worn by Belle in the ballroom scene of the original, animated Beauty and the Beast has become a genuinely iconic garment in the 25 years since the film’s release. So, it is no surprise that actress Emma Watson worked closely with costume designer Jacqueline Durran to create the new version of the gown which the actress wears in Disney’s live-action remake of the fairy tale (out March 17) for the sequence in which her character and Dan Stevens’ Beast fall deeper and deeper in love. “I really embraced working on the dress, making sure that it was utterly whimsical, and magical,” says Watson. “The scene that I wear that dress in, and I have that dance in, it really tells the story of Beast and Belle falling in love. You know, we don’t have a huge amount of time in the story to tell that story. The dance, for me, is really where the audience starts to see it happening and starts knowing that it is happening. This is total, blissful escapism. You are transported to another world. The dress, and the dancing, and the candlelight, and the music — it was really fun to work on every aspect of that. Jacqueline Durran is just such a wonderful person and costume designer. I think she did such a amazing job.”

Feathered Net

“Feathers were an inspiration for Emma,” Durran says. “In her hair she has an ornament which is made up of feathers, and in the bodice there’s layers of net laid on each other to be like feathers.”

Activewear

“For Emma, it was important that the dress was light and that it had a lot of movement,” Durran says. “In Emma’s reinterpretation, Belle is an active princess. She did not want a dress that was corseted or that would impede her in any way.”

Interestingly enough, Redmayne actually attended school at Eton College with the queen’s grandson, Prince William. “She was asking me whether I prefer film or theater, and asked me if I enjoyed it,” Redmayne told reporters following his chat with the monarch.

“I’m very lucky to do something I am passionate about,” he added. “I’m very grateful to do something I love, because it is a rare thing.”

Grateful, indeed! Redmayne also couldn’t stop gushing about receiving such an “extraordinary” honor, telling reporters, “It is something that I had never thought of, and it was never in my wildest imagination.”

“The whole experience is incredibly humbling,” he continued. “And also getting to be in Windsor Castle is breathtaking, around Christmas as well, with all the decorations.”

Photos of Harry Potter’s Rupert Grint on the set of his new Crackle crime thriller series, Snatch, was released by Manchester Evening News. The Manchester Evening News reports:

“Rupert plays conman Charlie Cavendish in the new series – about a group of 20-something hustlers thrust into the world of organised crime after stumbling across a truckload of stolen gold bullion.

“It’s a far cry from the role that he is known for across the world – as Harry Potter’s sidekick Ron Weasley in the film franchise based on J.K. Rowling’s children books.

“He stars in Snatch alongside former Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick, former Waterloo Road hunk Lucien Laviscount and Our Girl actor Luke Pasqualino, as well as Phoebe Dynevor, the actress daughter of Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor.”
